The team of John, Marcus & Julian worked very well together to solve unique installation issues and complete the installation in good time. They worked efficiently and cleaned the work area as well as removing all the old equipment. I would recommend them highly for the work performed.

Our technician, Jorge, was great and respectful. However, he told us it would take a week, or longer, for the part needed, to arrive. However, the company sent us ENDLESS emails and text messages requesting us to rate the technician…but the job wasn’t even done yet. The technician was great, the company is great, but their endless amounts of emails and texts to rate their tech was very disruptive and annoying.

The technician who helped us today was Jonathan. He provided a diagnostic on our heater. He was very helpful and thorough. This is my second experience with this company. The first was related to our air conditioner. Both experiences were very positive and I recommend this company without reservation.

My AC unit didn't blow cold air, on the hottest day of the year. EHAS was able to come out in two days and addressed the issue promptly. Rory, our repair technician was very courteous and kind to explain the issue and walked through the solution with me in professional manner. Great company and service to recommend.
