They istalled new a/c-heater units & did an excellent job, according to building inspector who signed off on my permit. I called to dicuss what I thought was a problem & they sent out a tech to look at my system & concult with me. Jorge, tech suppport, walked me through my system an thoroughly explained how it works. Mr. Jorge Lopez got to our home on time and performed the service to our furnace and air conditioner unit very professionally. He was an attentive listener to all my novice questions & helped me fully understand the critical parts of our HVAC system that are vulnerable to break down. These are highlighted in great detail in the enclosed invoice. Now my wife & I can make an informed decision what necessary steps to take to prevent a system breakdown and to keep our system functioning properly until we replace it with a new system in a few years. Shannon came to diagnose why our very old HVAC system stopped working. He was very professional and friendly. Even though the system needs to be replaced, he was able to help get our system up and running again (on a Friday late afternoon) so that we could have cool air during the next heat wave.
