Had heat pump installed. Install was not completed due to motherboard not working. Installers informed me they are unsure when they can get a new one and someone would call me with more info. After he left heater worked for about 45 minutes. Cold air began to blow all night and temp fell with each hour. I turned off system and called the sales rep Roger Suasin 2x times next day and the office 2x. I have yet to receive a call back.
Update: I did finally get a call back from salesperson Roger & the office. Was scheduled for a late appointment to fix heat pump. That appointment was cancelled around 7:30pm as tech was unable to make appointment. Next morning Zack and Jonathan came to fix the issue. Apparently it was a bad sensor and board was replaced. The issues were fixed. Next day heat declined again. Received phone assistance from Jonathan which did help bring back the heat about 4 hours later. Jonathan came back and tested the system, moved thermostat and was amazing. Didn’t leave until 10pm. We had heat for 1 full day since install. Over weekend heat declined again. However, this time I made changes myself due to info Jonathan gave me the day before. I believe all the problems may be behind us. Jonathan is a superstar!

Jorge Lopez was a professional and knowledgeable and pin pointed several service as well as mechanical issues. Good employee. Subsequent to Mr Lopez visit a new HVAC system was installed by Doyle Collier and Julian who did an excellent and systematic tear down of the old and installation of the new in an efficient and professional manner and within the estimated installation time frame. Thank you EHOS. The office staff was also especially helpful with my annoying questions.

When the employees showed up, they introduced themselves and told me what they were going to install. They wore booties and laid out there, tarps to protect the floors. They started working immediately and we’re done a day and a half’s later. They cleaned up their worksite, went over the owners manuals and made sure that the system was working properly. I’m very happy with the work they did their politeness, and they answered all the questions I ask.

Great service! Christian was extremely diligent by taking the time to troubleshoot a very challenging electrical issue. He was patient, professional, and positive throughout the service call and did not give up! He ultimately fixed my hvac system before the July 4th holiday! Environmental stood by their product and provided excellent warranty service. I’ll be calling Environmental when it’s time to replace my second a/c unit that appears to be on its last legs.
