Courteous, timely service on a Sunday; couldn’t ask for more!

Got home from a weekend camping trip to find our thermostat temp at 83 degrees. Called RKL and within just a few hours Robert showed up to help. Super friendly and figured it out quickly. What a great experience. I definately recommend RKL Heating & Cooling, Inc.

I’ve been calling RKL for three years, and they have provided consistently fabulous service, at reasonable prices. They’re patient, listen, and answer all my questions. Recently, they replaced my crawl space furnace. Now the temperature is consistent in every room and my energy bills are lower. I’m very happy that I have an HVAC company that I can count on.

Fast and professional, they fixed my main problem and helped me fix related issues as well. Not to mention they came out to diagnose my problem in the evening on a holiday weekend (July 4th) and only charged me their regular fee for visitations rather than having a marked up rate like some other companies do! They also gave me some free advice and instruction regarding my remaining aging equipment so I'll be sure to give them a call back with any other issues I may have!

The RKL team was great to work with. Very professional and once they got started on the job Carlos explained in detail what to expect. The team introduced themselves as they came in the house and very kind the whole time. They had the job completed in a timely manner and would highly recommend using them for your heating and cooling needs.

I give the crew of RKL 5 STARS all the way! Owner, Robert, was very patient, informative and accommodating with educating me on the different types of systems I could choose, there functions and how increasing of SEER will save in energy cost overtime. I was also very impressed with crew lead, Carlos. He walked me through the new system showing me the extra features and how versatile the ventilation can be manipulated to reach desired temp in each room using the dampers. Overall this experience was far better than what I expected in the form of value and service. Big thank you to Team RKL!!!

VERY fast same day service and SUPER friendly! The guy that showed up didn't even need to go get parts, they were all in his van already! Fixed our AC back up in about an hour, too!
