I have used RQL for 8 years. They are by far the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They truly treat you like family and their response to any problems is fast and reliable. Outstanding company and customer service.

The two young men working here arrived when they said they would, explained to me what they would be doing and began work. They stayed busy entire time here working quickly, quietly and keeping me informed on what they were doing. They kept everything picked up and cleaned up as job was being completed. Very impressed with the job they did in my home and their professionalism.

Very efficient and quick service. Technician arrived within 3 hours of request and immediately diagnosed problem and had AC running in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend this professional company.

My AC went completely out and was unrepairable as confirmed by a few shops. RKL put me in a new high quality unit at a significantly cheaper cost than other companies would for lower quality brands. Guys had smiles on their faces on a 100+ degree day. Could not recommend this company enough. By far the best in the Benton area

This company was a lifesaver. They were responsive in a busy time. There office help was so sympathetic and professional in a difficult situation. At this point in time I would highly highly recommend them if your air conditioner or breaks.

These guys were great. My AC went out on a weekend. I called 7 places, and 6 were booked at least 3 to 4 days out. RKL also was booked, but squeezed me in between scheduled calls the next morning. The technician was very fast and efficient, and in the end, the cost was surprisingly affordable. Would definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation!

We tried calling our regular heating and air company and didn't get an answer, so my husband called RKL Heating and Cooling, and we're glad we did. They weren't sure if someone could come out today because of the rain but said they would try since the cold weather is coming. Well, within the hour someone was here. He was very courteous and was able to diagnose the issue. He had our heat working in under an hour! Before coming inside, he took off his boots to avoid making our floor dirty. Very respectful and knowledgeable. It was well worth the price. I think we will call them from now on. Thank you RKL!
