These guys are the absolute best! Robert and Karla are great people and this comes through in their business. They truly care about their customers. They have always gone above and beyond to help me and my girls with our air issues. We are so thankful for them! They get my 5 star review every time!

I contacted RKL regarding a leak in my evaporator coil and was connected with Robert. He explained my options clearly and was even at my house within an hour of calling, even though it was almost 7pm.

Robert was very professional, upfront and answered my 99 questions without appearing annoyed. He also provided a quote for additional work that was far below competitors in the area (Almost $800). This was, by far, the best part of the experience. I expected pricing for labor intensive jobs to be fairly similar (within a few hundred dollars) between companies.

I definitely plan to continue my business with RKL with an annual maintenance contract and future HVAC needs.

I was called before the technician left to head to my house and he was there within a few mins of the estimated arrival time. The tech was friendly and helpful as I explained my issue. He was able to get me fixed up in about 30 mins.

This was my first time using RKL, but i will most likely be calling them in the future.

I am a single mother who have to make sound decisions when it comes to life mishaps , such as getting your Airconditioner unit repaired , replaced whatever problem life brings to your door . People , We all know when it comes to such an expense we need someone we can trust . Talk I always say is cheap, therefore , show me actions and these people answered everything I asked , they were up front about everything they told me . But you see , I had called a couple of other repairers before these gentlemen and they treated me as a sucker on a stick . But R L K crew they caused me to shed a tear , a tear that made me go on my knees to thank God for these people . They were professional, their personality was beyond what I had ever experienced, they cleaned up after finishing the job , they were just God sent . This company is highly unprofessional. The women who answer the phones are condescending. Majority of the time, they won't call back as promised. If you're renting, you'll definitely be placed on the back burner.

Everyone involved was absolutely great. I called and they had some one out in a timely manner. They gave me the best deal on my ac unit I could find. And trust, I had several others. When I was ready, they came on in and did a wonderful job. The workers were on time, professional, and knowledgeable about their work. I definitely recommend RKL to everyone.

We had some unique issues in a remodel, with very particular style needs from the owners; RKL accomplished and exceeded our expectations and sent some of the nicest most knowledgeable technicians out to complete the tasks. They worked well with the other contractors and they are my go to heating and company. I trust them so much, I use them at my house as well.

We had A/C problems, They checked out my existing 20yr system the same day I called.
We had to have a New system system installed, they came out the next week and installed a complete system the fallowing week in one day installation time.
