Excellent customer service and prices. My AC went out last night, so I called them at 7 am this morning. My AC unit was fixed 2 1/2 hours later and they were here for maybe 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

We had a unique basement remodel project which required some exposed duct work and Robert at RKL was extremely helpful making sure the project was completed perfectly. At one point the supplier sent 2 duct sections that had a slightly different sheen and RKL refused to quit until they had replaced the ducts with exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the process we were continuously told by RKL “We want to make sure you’re happy and we’re going to earn it!”

Over the years, I have hired them to replace an HVAC coil and duct insulation and to clean my condensing unit. They are always prompt, courteous, professional, and fairly priced. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
