Samson and Sons have done a terrific job for us. We'd had ongoing problems with our HVAC including underground wiring issues. They correctly analyzed the problem and expertly solved it while installing the appropriate unit. Since we've had a couple of issues. They have always come out as soon as possible and professionally taken care of the issue.

Samson and Sons installed a new Rheem furnace and a/c unit at my mothers home in Tucson. Of the 4 contractors we solicited bids from they were the only one to get the bid right the first time without my calling out errors. Their price was very fair, and the installation included all necessary elements to ensure long equipment life. The work was done neatly and on the day requested. I highly recommend Samson and Sons, and they would be doing my installation if I lived in the area. They've already done the winter preparation, which is included in their
installation price. They did everything right and kept in touch from the
first phone call through followup to make sure we were satisfied.

I had a good experience with Samson and Sons. The upstairs unit went out and it is up and running good now. Had a noise issue with it after the repair but they did come back out a fine tuned it.

The unit is starting to make some noise again, not as bad but I am confident Samson will correct it during our pre summer tune up. Right guys?

I called them for a repair estimate after a less than good experience with a different company. You may find this hard to believe but Samson and Sons quoted me a repair cost that was 1/9 of the cost from the other company.
My system, a 12 year old Ruud heat pump/AC is running smoothly and my electric bills have fallen dramatically. I couldn't be happier.
