The staff at Alltech Solutions are amazing! Not only were they helpful in the process of obtaining a quote they have incredible technicians that supported my project fully. Robby, Jaeden and Kyler were amazing and skilled at getting my new AC/Heater units installed. Even with certain things that they don’t specifically specialize in, they are able to find a solution and have always come through for me. They are the only company I call. Their preventative maintenance program is the best in Tucson. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Big thumbs up to a very professional team!

Unable to get a quote to replace my 23 years old central AC and heat pump that was reasonable, I contacted ALLTECH Solutions.
Hoss took the time to discuss in depth all my options, none of my numerous questions was left unanswered.
Once agreed on the most adequate system to suit my needs at an attractive price, the friendly crew showed up on time in my remote area, did a clean install...very happy customer here!

Can only recommend them.

First I will say the techs were great, very professional and considerate. The management however is just the opposite. I dealt with two including the Operations Manager who was upset I'd provided negative reviews. He called my complaints brash, rash, verbal assault, harassment, bogus and fake. I had to tell him no less than 16 times to stop harassing me via text message. I would NOT utilize this company by choice. RESPONSE to owner: Thank you for proving my point. No one responded to my HW claim submitted 5/27/21. I called your office before noon Friday 5/28/21. Yes I was dismayed when I was told I'd have to wait 4 more days for A/C repair with temps in the 100's. HW rep was also unsuccessful in obtaining an earlier appointment. I was told Alltech would call me with the scheduled time/date. No one called so I found the facebook page AFTER I posted the YELP review and contacted Adult Protective Services. Around 4PM Stuart stated he'd arranged for someone to be out within the hour. Mike managed to get the thermostat to connect but did not replace. HENCE; the call to HW who instigated the follow up visit to replace the thermostat. I explained all this to you and the FACT I did not file a BBB complaint but surmised APS did. I posted this google review after you harassed me for six hours via text on what a bad customer/person I was to file complaints as you fail to compute that my complaints were the only reason Stuart made arrangements late in the day IMO. I made one 5 minute phone call to schedule. I was not rude etc. I was dismayed you would have a prepaid customer wait 3 more days (5 total) for A/c with temps in the hundreds. I hope it was recorded to prove you wrong. I have the text messages from YOU and Stuart who stated your hours were M-Su. BTW this platform, YELP and Home Advisor all indicate your hours are 24-7 M-F. Your techs are great and have the customer service skills that would enhance your company if you possessed them too.
