Outstanding company, ran into an issue with an AC unit late in the evening, was able to call and get appointment for the next morning. Got a text message when the tech was in route to my house and I was able to track his vehicle with GPS. He was very professional and was able to assist me with everything that needed to happen. Price was reasonable, I would definitely recommend their services.
Alltech responded to my search for an HVAC company to replace my entire home system, negotiated a very fair price, and showed up for the install within 24 hours after we agreed on the deal. The 2 installers went above and beyond, having to solve a major issue with my property layout (my bad!) that prevented access for their equipment and delayed their start for several hours. Because of the delay in starting, they had to work late and ended up crawling under the house to connect the gas line in the dark! They even had to come back the next day, because I chased them out before they could finalize the placement of the inside unit. They answered my many questions, did an outstandingly thorough cleanup, and were polite and professional throughout the entire process. I am completely satisfied with the work and my new system, and I feel confident that they will continue to promptly and competently address any future issues that may occur. Thanks, Alltech team, you definitely are well-named: this job was all about "solutions" and you delivered!
Absolutely horrible service, our ac went out on 06/27/18 .I called AHS warranty after I figured out the condenser fan wasnt coming on, they contacted AllTech, 2 days later they sent out a tech to perform the repairs. In the mean time I put fans on the outside of the condenser, so the ac would at least cool the house. I told them the day they would come over I'd put the dogs inside the house, i told the tech to make sure and let them out if they couldn't fix it. This was July 4th
They replaced the condenser fan and disabled the power to the ac and left the dogs in the house, You could imagine the surprise of over 90 plus degrees in the house we got home. They promised me they would call me if there was any problems, the next day i spoke to their mgr what a piece of work this guy was. He told me they had to order a new compressor from the warranty company, they asked them to put it on standard order, not overnight as I would have expected.
I knew right away that something fishy was going on, as the ac was / would blow cold just with my fans on the outside of the condenser. It's now July 6th part wont be here till July 16th, I made their Mgr promise me that he would call me as soon at the part arrived and to come out the same day.
The next surprise came that they wont recover your freon, they gave me some excuse that it was contaminated. How could it be contaminated if they havent opened the system yet ??
I forgot to mention that I know how AC systems work and i know that you can evac / recover and recharge freon, they just want to rip off the customer for extra parts.
I got a call on Saturday 14th around 2pm saying the Compressor arrived on Friday and they would be out on Wednesday the 18. Once again lack of communication, they didnt call the day it arrived and not coming out the same day to install, I exploded by the piss poor service.
I called AHS they sent out another AC company out of Phx on Monday July 16th, it turns out the condenser only needed the relay and capacitor replacement. The ac compressor was a rip off to the warranty company and me on the freon, found out their tech installed the condenser fan incorrectly, had it wired wrong and bent the fan blade.
So honestly and integrity, communication, customer satisfaction mean absolutely nothing to this company. I would never recommend them to anyone !
Im still in awe that they would say it needs a compressor and it wouldn't have fixed our problem. We had to endure over 3 weeks without AC due to their incompetence, lack of knowledge to perform a proper repair. To say I'm bitter is an understatement !!
Completely incompetent company. My AC was having problems in June that during the heat of the day, it would start blowing hot. They sent out a guy named Hoss, said I needed to clean the air filter. After replacing the filter, there was no change. They come back out a week later, and they say the coil is dirty. They cleaned the coil, however the problem still persisted. They come out again, this time they think it's the condenser fan motor. They replace that, and guess what the problem still persists.
Finally, they send another guy out who says it's the compressor over heating. I guess they can just change every part in the whole system one by one, and eventually get it right? A whole month goes by, and they still didn't order the compressor. I called the home warranty and they said it was only recently that they ordered the compressor, even though they said they did a month ago.
Fast forward to today, they came out, and again changed their minds, and said it's not the compressor, it's a capacitor relay. "Hoss" once again said it should be good, it worked for about 30 minutes, and now the AC is completely dead, not working at all. Being it's a Saturday, gonna have to go through the rest of the weekend with no AC at a minimum.
So not only have they not fixed the problem after two months, now they have made it worse. I have no idea why the home warranty company chooses the absolute worst contractors. These guys have no idea what they are doing, if it's not cleaning a coil or replacing an air filter.
If there is one thing I have learned from all of this, DO NOT use a home warranty system! Take the money, put into a separate savings account and USE THAT money for the repairs! God bless this company, they did their best. But, the system the Home Warranty company gave me was originally installed in such a slipshod manner, the newly installed system could not hit the 18-22 deg "split" between the intake air and the output air. Of course I called it in to this company, got another person to come out and try to fix it: to no avail. I called in another company: ACS and they wrote up a bunch of issues they saw And, I was going to leave it at that--except this company wanted me to change my review of them here and on another site. So, I sent them the pics and the statement of work and price (honestly, I was just going to hire ACS to make the repairs, but they told me I should have this company come out and fix the mistakes). So, that is what I did. They came out. The company fixed the issues Hos was awesome, and even gave me one of those "thermal guns" to measure the temps around the house! Bless their hearts: it still cannot make the 18-22 deg split between the intake and output air. So, when it is 115 deg out, and I set the thermostat at 78, I fully expect the room temp to continue to climb--78,79,80,82 until it can get "thermal" equilibrium. But, it was wonderful this company came out and "made it right", and fixed most of the issues ACS pointed out. In the end, the major thing I learned--ABSOLUTELY NEVER, EVER purchase a home warranty system!!! The quality of work the Home Warranty company contracts out is sub-par (especially in A/C). Rather--again--just take that money, put it into a savings account and use that money when the A/C dies. But, bless this company's heart (especially Hos), they really did make their best attempt.
Installed an A/C and furnace for us. Outstanding job from start to finish. Great attention to detail and commitment to get the job done right there first time around
They are great company run by very respectful and knowledgable people. All in all very happy with their work would recommend to anyone In need of work on their a/c
