Alex came to give us information and advice about an issue we were having with our current system. He was honest and very knowledgeable and helped us come to a decision!

Samson & Sons repaired my cooling/heating system and did an excellent job. They showed up when they promised and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired my system. Because they were able resolve the issue so quickly, I was only charged the minimal service charge. They are trustworthy and competent. Great service, have used this company for 2 years. Serviced my AC and heating. They photograph and document everything then email you what they completed with pictures.
Service was quick and engineers are knowledgeable especially regarding new rules from Doe.
Pricing is good and we found using there maintenance plan is even better.

I was replacing a 12 year old system that had been nothing but problems and in the process, got quotes from seven different companies. The industry seems split in two - the ones that you see doing a lot of expensive TV advertising and the cost is reflected in their pricing and then the other end of the spectrum, where the company relies upon word of mouth and their pricing also reflects that philiosophy.

The difference between the two companies was $5,000 for the exact same equipment - brand, model and any extras. I'm not paying someone that much more money because they have some TV advertising campaign and slick sales people.

Samson & Sons was responsive, professional, on time and did impeccable work. There was literally nothing to not like about them. They weren't the absolute cheapest but by far and away, h ad the best reviews on Google and Yelp as well as outstanding comments on NextDoor. I'm a huge believer in word of mouth and that is what sold me on the company. Hopefully we are entering a long term relationship where they will be servicing and maintaining the equipment for many, many years to come.

So, thank you Sampson and Sons for being the "old fashioned" kind of company that believes in customer service and satisfaction!

I have a vacation home in Tucson and since I am often not there I really have to rely on the people that service my home or things can go really wrong in my absence. I have had issues with past service providers charging for unnecessary repairs or a failure once which led to a huge electricity bill. I have had a number of HVAC companies service my home, I have never been very happy. I finally found Samson & Sons 3 years ago and everything is done on time and budget. They always arrive when they say, which is really important if you live out of town and need to catch a flight home. My HVAC has worked faultlessly since they took over maintenance, which is one less worry for me. I you live in beautiful Tucson or have a vacation home there I strongly recommend Samson & Sons, they will keep you cool no matter where you are.

Called in because heating system wasn't working. Lady in office instructed me to try something and said,"if that doesn't work call us back in 30 minutes. It didn't work and a tech Matt came out in 40 minutes and had it up and running. This company has always been the best.

Samson and Son recently installed a new dual heat pump system in our home in Marana when one of our 16 yr old units failed. The service was fantastic. They came out to diagnose the problem right away and provided a portable unit free of charge until they were able to install the new system. The sales representative was very detailed in explaining the options available and within 2 days we had the new system up and running perfectly. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Before choosing Samson and Sons to replace our two AC/Heater systems, we received 4 other bids from similar contractors. They had one of the best reputations (reviews from online sources) and comparable or better pricing for like systems. (ie, Rheem vs. Rheem) We felt comfortable with every aspect of the process, from bid to installation. They were always in communication with us and easy to reach if any questions arose. Many of their competitors are difficult to get a hold of with questions. We are excited to continue the relationship past installation!

I had Samson and Sons install two new AC/furnace units in my home last fall (2021). It was such a large investment so I got lots of quotes. Samson and Sons were a fair price and during the quoting process they were the best experience in terms of answering all of my questions and including all the details in the quote. I'm so glad I chose them. The install process was great - they were clean and respectful (and kind in answering all my questions). In the process of the install one of my outside walls got damaged and they were back the next day to repair it (better than before) without my even having to ask. This summer one of the ac stopped working and they came out to fix it the same day I called. It was an electric problem that was really the problem of the ac/furnace but the tech found the problem quickly and fixed it and didn't even charge me and just said it comes with the maintenance contract.
