From the initial request for our a/c & heating unit to be assessed for repair, all of the process was easy. No pressured sales tactics used by the service technician or the owner. FREE inspection of our a/c unit was sooo helpful to our family. The inspection felt more genuine & thorough compared to other local competitors that we tried. It always feels good to know that you are more than a work ticket and that your patronage is appreciated. Our family definitely recommends Samson & Son's for all your maintenance, repair & replacement needs.

Inappropriate upsell when I called to inquire about blowing out an HVAC condenser drain on a Sat. Told repeatedly that owner wanted me to know I should sign up for their annual services to avoid these problems. Estimate was over the top. Went elsewhere.

Mark and his team have been very accommodating with my requests. They have done excellent work installing a new heater in one of my buildings. The heater was located in a better location and installed quickly with high quality work. We recently needed service to our 4 HVAC units and we had a Jose the service tech come out same day and provided above expectation customer service. He was courteous, explained what he was going to do, and demonstrated a high level of experience. You cant go wrong with Samson & Sons! I highly recommend them!

We have used Samson & Sons for a few of our HVAC repairs. Recently our 5-ton unit just died. It was over 100 degrees & Mark sent Jamal out to see if he could get the unit back working. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. Mark provided 3 quotes based on different models & explained the advantages. We made our choice & his crew was out here within a week for the install. Mark even had a portable A/C unit delivered to help cool us off in the meantime. Great customer service, no hard sell, eager to help.

Technician arrived when expected and was very thorough in his inspection. I was very satisfied with his inspection and the information he provided. So much so that I decided to sign a short contract to try them out again for my Fall furnace inspection.

Up front, it appears to be the top of the line quality equipment and we are looking forward to many years of dependable service. Even better than the materials is this businesses demonstration of the greatest emphasis for customer satisfaction. During the installation, we encountered some problems with a defective condensation pump and an oddly designed thermostat. Mark and his compadres left no doubt in our minds that correcting any problems with our new unit will be given the highest priority with complete customer satisfaction. Samson and Sons is clearly a winner and without a doubt our wisest choice to upgrade our HVAC units.
