    Back in 2011, our A/C went out. We used a popular service in Tucson that rhymes with Berry. The system they installed never worked right, and eventually the entire thing was replaced (after much hassle).
    Then in 2021, it started falling apart. Turns out, Berry hadn't put in our warrantee paperwork right. Samson and Sons had to completely replace it. It was effing expensive, but I trust that they actually did it correctly and will take care of it going forward.

    These guys were great. Very professional and they delivered a product that was superior to the many other companies I got quotes from for considerably less money. The Bosch IDS 2.0 they recommended works great. Quiet. AC is far superior to what I had before and the heat is working great as well. They did say they were coming back on two separate occasions to take care of a couple of cosmetic things after the install and didn't show up but I forgive them because I know how busy they were at the time and they definitely took good care of me when my AC died this past summer. I definitely recommend them.

    They came out in a decent time period after I called. Once we found out the old 19yo unit’s compressor was shot, it wasn’t long until the supervisor came and verified the problem. Within 24 hours I got my quote, paid a deposit and got a portable unit delivered. When the installation was being performed, they took the old swamp cooler that was rusting away off the roof and blanked out its connection to the ductwork at no extra cost. Bottom line: for the speed and quality of the work plus the total cost, I was very pleased. I definitely recommend Sampson and Sons. I’ll always use them for any service I may need.

    Jose was wonderful. He promptly accessed my system and ensured it was running perfectly. He educated me on ways to reduce my electric bill and how to change my filters. He also told me where to go to get filters and which filters to purchase.

Within three hours I had an appointment set, technician come out, unit fixed, and invoice paid. I'll only be using and recommending this HVAC company for any and all work.

    I’ve used Samson & Sons now for a few seasons for our rental property. They are prompt and professional and I feel very comfortable that we are getting the highest level of service. I just called over the weekend for an issue with the unit at the new build house we live in and Mark was able to troubleshoot over the phone and we avoided a service call! Anyone else would have insisted on coming out, for a nice fee of course. Thanks Samson & Sons!     Our rating for Jose is 5 = excellent. He gave us as much information about our failing A/C unit as we could understand. We appreciate the fact that you tried to solve our problem with the least costly method before going forward with a brand new unit. And to install two new motors to see if the old unit would kick in and cool the room was an indication to us that Samson and Sons tried hard to help us with cost.
    The new A/C was eventually installed for over $12K, but what can you say about the cost? Everything is going up to where you can barely keep a small business open and still make a profit.
    We (teachers and kids) are so grateful for the cool and comfortable room.
    Thank you to all the employees we met in this transaction. They were all very kind and patient in explaining whenever we asked questions.

    1. Inspection of my heating system, recommendation of and quotes for the installation of a replacement system were done within three days of my initial call.

    2 After I chose the installation, the system was ordered and received by Samson and Sons within a week. Appointment day for the installation was promptly made.

    3. The two installers from Samson and Sons arrived promptly on the appointed day, removed my old system, cleaned up the furnace closet, installed the new system and tested it successfully.

    4. The next day I noticed there was a certain duct opening from my old system which I had wanted blocked but had not been blocked. It was not needed in the new installation. I immediately sent an email to the owner of Samson and Sons who readily agreed that the duct opening should be blocked and said he would send out a serviceman . Within two days the serviceman contacted me, came to my house at the appointed time and expertly blocked the old duct opening.

    5. In summary my dealings with Samson and Sons were prompt, professional and of good value. I am pleased with my new heating system and would recommend Samson and Sons highly.

    Our AC stopped working in the middle of summer and we needed an AC company to come out quickly. Every company that we called was booked for days, but Samson and Sons took the time to help us troubleshoot over the phone, and they were able to help us diagnose the problem! We had a bad fuse, and Mark directed us on where to go to purchase new ones, and he then talked us through changing them out, spending quite a bit of time on the phone with us! It is very rare to find a company that puts customers first, and not $$$. He could have easily scheduled a future appt, and come out, charging us service fees and more, but instead he helped our family get the AC running again, for free, with no hesitations. I will always recommend this stellar company to my friends and family!

    Samson and Sons installed our new A/C unit last year and it included 3 years of twice-annual servicing. They contact me to remind me that it's time for the service and then I'm able to schedule it in a timely manner--not weeks down the road. They are friendly and professional and I appreciate their service.
