I selected Samson and Sons because of their high customer ratings on Google and Yelp. Jose and Nathan explained their maintenance process and provided details on their work. Both men were highly professional and knowledgeable.I highly recommend this company and the quality people they hire including Elyssa who answered calls and immediately responded to questions.

S&S installed a new unit for me and did a terrific job. They have done work for several family members. Mark has assembled a great team of professionals. I highly recommend S&S to anyone who needs HVAC service or install.

Top notch service. I love the online and text system letting me know who is coming and when they will arrive. Very professional.

Update 8-8-19: Mark and his crew installed a mini-split AC unit in a new guest room. The installers (Mladen & another guy) were great, the installation was really clean and the attention to detail was appreciated. I am an engineer and work with skilled trades guys everyday. Mark and his crew are my go-to HVAC guys hands down.

Update 7-20-21: I cannot say enough good things about Samson and Son. Mark and his team are the best in Tucson. Mladen and his guys installed a 2 head mini split heater/AC today in a small home today for me. They provided a clean installation, gave me a great price, and the communication was the best I've ever experienced with a contractor. If you are not using Mark and his team, you are missing out. I wish I could give 10 stars.

My AC monitor showed that the air filter needed to be changed. I called and Julian helped me to check the air filter and guided me how to change it by myself. It is the busiest time of the year for them I am sure. But in the fall, I definitely will contact them again to do our AC maintenance.

Moved out to vail two years ago. The first time I called, they were at the house working the next 12 hours. (Called on a Sunday night and they answered mind you). They fixed my 18 year old ac unit. And kept it going for as long as they could. This year finally broke down to buy a new unit. Gave me a great price. And had it installed within 48 hours. Mark is great ! His team is great! Highly recommend them for any hvac needs.

Did a great job and did not over sale. I have an old system but they fixed it for $200 and its working great. Every other company tried to sell us a new one for $8000. Nice to have an honest AC repair business in Tucson.

Samson and Sons put a mini split AC unit in the Tuff shed that will soon be my quilting studio. We are happy with the installation and effectiveness of the unit. Nice to have cool air while finishing the walls and floor. S & S were on time and left the area clean when finished. Very happy with the results.

Samson and Sons was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. We were unhappy with our old air-conditioning unit. They explained that it was working ok but could be adjusted. No high pressure sales and they did not try to sell us unneeded equipment.
