Samson and Sons Heating & Cooling

After our discussions with multiple local HVAC companies we chose Samson and Sons Heating & Cooling to install our new AC & Furnace system. Everyone that we dealt with at Samson and Sons Heating & Cooling, whether in person or over the phone was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Their pricing was also very competitive.

They were on time and very informative during the quoting process, pre-install review and system install. The technicians Jeff, Chris and Quinton were well trained and they worked non stop in 99 degree temps to get the job done. I would highly recommend Samson and Sons Heating & Cooling.

Samson & Sons came out and repaired our system within hours of my call. Their employees are very courteous and knowledgeable about the systems and pricing is very reasonable.

Samson and Sons came out and gave me a quote when my one unit went out last week. I had another company come out as well. (New Tucson home owner so never had any previous experience with any company)
I called Samson and Sons at around 330pm on Thursday and they came before 7am the next day.

Samson and Sons did a quick look, found the leak and gave me a quote. Said it would take them about 3-4 hours and they could do it Saturday morning (the next day).

The other company came out and spent quite a bit of time looking over my system. Came down and gave me a quote that was nearly twice as much for the repair leak. Plus an additional chunk of money for a switch and some other item. As well as recommended a new unit. Which would range anywhere from $13k-$18k. To repair the leak, he told me it would take the entire day.

I researched both companies that day and felt very comfortable choosing Samson and Sons. Dylan came out Saturday morning at 8 and was done by 10:45. I asked him to look at the switch that the other company told me I should be concerned about because it looked hot. He said he would check it and replace it at no charge if he saw a problem with it. He said that the contact was good and didn’t see any reason to replace it at this time but would put it in my notes for the future.
Dylan was efficient, very friendly and professional!

Everyone we have interacted with – from management to field to office personnel - is professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Samson and Sons has kept every single appointment, from the pre-sales inquiry, during installation and post-installation visits. During the inquiry phase, Samson and Sons performed an accurate assessment of our needs. We wanted a higher end split unit which they offered at a very competitive price. Installation was quick, with multiple technicians who were well trained, along with a supervisor. Clean up was spotless. Their post-installation maintenance service has been stellar.

As a real estate agent, Samson and Sons is my go-to HVAC company to inspect units for properties I have under contract. They are thorough, honest, knowledgeable, and fair. They always answer my clients' questions in full. I trust them completely for all my HVAC needs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

The following are my opinions and beliefs. I finally I found an honest, quality on time contractor! I was dealing with a Home Warranty company with the first initial A with three letters. They sent out their repair man who tried to overcharge me for freon at $150 a pound and for 12 lbs. I called Samson and Sons because I spoke with Mark the past. I did not use him because of the warranty company. He had me send him a picture of the label on my AC compressor. He let me know my compressor only holds 8.5 lb. His price per pound for the freon was MUCH less. He told me he could fix it the next day. The warranty company said 2 weeks. I agreed and sure enough they showed up the next day 10 minutes early and replaced my AC compressor with a two year labor warranty. The compressor was was covered under the manufacturer warranty. And of course it was 105 degrees out. I will be forever grateful to this honest company and will continue to use and refer them in the future.

I’ve been using Samson & Sons for years for my primary residence and three rentals. He saved the day again by showing up within hours to fix an AC during a heatwave! My tenants also appreciate his quick response.

I’ve used Samson & Sons for several years & find them reliable & honest. They do excellent work leave the house clean when the job is completed. I’m grateful to have a company I can depend on to keep my a/c & heating systems in safe, good working.

Great experience with Samson & Sons. The owner was helpful, took the time to answer my questions, the price was fair, they showed up on time and completed the work in less than a day and all the guys were courteous and professional. I had a small issue later and they sent someone out to resolve it within a few hours, on a weekend. Good company, good people.

Samson and Sons has been a real "find". My son actually first used them to do some work at his home. The work there was difficult and I was very impressed with how it was carried out. I have since used them for all of my HVAC needs at my home and at my commercial buildings. To date they have been very responsive and absolutely reliable, and fair. I highly recommend them.
