Terry Shank was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Got our AC unit running shortly after arriving.

The plumber, Chris, was so helpful. I had an old water softener leaking. Chris turned off the leak and rerouted my water to my house. At my request he gave me an estimate for a new water treatment system. When I told him I would be talking to another company this week, he was very professional and commented that they were a respected company. The other company gave me the option to lease a system, rather that buy one. This worked better for me to pay a monthly fee. When I called Intelligent Design to let them know I would not be using their services, they were very gracious. When my hot water heater, croaks, however, I will call them to replace it. BTW they did not charge me for Chris' services. They are just an all around class act.

The company phone representative was very respectful and responsive to my air conditioning problem. I had a competitor who offered a special maintenance price come out the day before and after service, my unit did not work. Intelligent Design came out the same day and accommodated my work schedule. Jonathon was Respectful, Knowledgeable, and Quick to find the issues. Thank you Johnathon, it can be difficult to trust a new company but you made it easy.

I contacted Intelligent Design for a plumbing problem for which Jared Smith did a complete assessment of all four bathrooms. A couple days later, I lost the hot water from one of the water heaters and Jared returned to discover a complete failure of the original recirculating pump. Today he did a beautiful job installing a new pump and I'm so delighted to have found someone I can trust to handle plumbing problems when they occur. He's also coming back soon to replace a faucet for me, and I shall be happy to recommend both Jared himself, and the Intelligent Design people for great service!

Came same day unit failed and was on time, explained our options clearly and took extra time to make sure we were set up for painfully expensive next steps.

JP called me when he was on his way to my home to give me a heads up. He was very knowledgeable about the system and immediately knew what the issue was after I described it to him. He went above and beyond to check out my entire system and provide estimates for things that needed repair/replacement after 25+ years. He did not pressure me to purchase anything I didn’t truly need. Also, I felt like he made an effort to form a personal connection with me, and performed stellar work! I hope he is my technician in the future! Great job, JP!

The intelligent design rep who assisted me with my new home air inspection was very very helpful during his first check. He told me everything I needed to do and where to buy what I needed and sure enough we passed Inspection on the second visit. He was also very professional and had a great attitude while doing his job! Thank you for the great service!!

Intelligent Design was able to squeeze me in for the same day emergency service when the other companies I called couldn't. Todd was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled in his trade. He did not mind me hovering around and asking questions and he explained what he was doing in layman's terms every step of the way. My AC unit was serviced and working after he did a relatively quick and great job. 5 stars, will definitely recommend!

Had a leak in the attic, started calling in an emergency...first place I called couldn't make it out and the first recommendation was Intelligent Design. I called, someone answered immediately and put my job on priority. Justin was at my door within an hour. Justin not only took his time and came up with amazing solutions, he friendly, understanding and provided the expertise I needed. He didn't just fix the leak, he went above and beyond to diagnose, offer solutions and fixed everything perfectly, up to code with no rush at all. Service was amazing! Highly recommend!!
