The technician was very courteous and polite. However, I did not get what I had asked for when I booked my appointment because he had to do his due diligence. He could not find any leaks which I already guessed and all I had asked for was to weigh the refrigerant and inject some dye.

My technician Jonathan was great. Explain things thoroughly and was very courteous and kind. It’s hard to spend thousands of dollars on the repair. He made the blow much softer. Thank you, Jonathan.

Kyle & Alex came for maintenance from idesign. Really made sure our concerns were listened to and adequately addressed. They even crawled underneath to tie up the power line that was laying on the ground. Very friendly service...we love you guys!

Our technician Michael was very knowledgeable and kind. He was thorough and got our unit back up and running very quickly.

Residential leak of fire suppression system was taken seriously. Josh was very responsive and diagnosed the issue. Josh was extremely professional and respectful. He introduced us to the experts in fire suppression equipment repair and with a restoration company. Their representatives have been equally professional. Josh represents hus company at the highest level of professionalism.

Terry arrived near the end of a very long workday during a heat wave. He quickly diagnosed our problem and completed the repair. Great service!

We very highly recommend Intelligent Design AC & Heating (and they do more!). They inspected and repaired our ductwork. All of the staff have been very professional and courteous. The crew members knew exactly what they were doing and explained the condition of the ductwork very clearly, showing us many, many pictures. They did what was needed and we are very satisfied with this company. We especially appreciate JP. He was always very thorough and patient. He arrived on time, kept in communication with us regarding timeframes, was VERY courteous, professional, friendly. He knows his job very well and we are very much appreciative all of his hard work. He goes above and beyond every time. Again, we very highly recommend this company!

Did a very thorough job cleaning my air vents and made sure to clean up after themselves too. I will definitely be using them again when it's time to clean my air vents.
