had a leak in the input pipe to the water softener system. Rufus arrived in a timely manner, assessed the situation and within 5 minutes had the leak fixed. Rufus was very professional and effective in his visit.

James Cavanaugh was my serviceman and I can't say enough good things about him. He came into a situation that was an ethical and technical nightmare, but he was able to assess the state of my system correctly and salvage the things that had been done wrong. He is honest, incredibly thorough and very efficient. He also explained what had been unnecessarily changed in the system I'd purchased and helped me to find a financial solution that would ease the insult of dealing with a company with no scruples.
