Technician Erick is the best AC person. He knows exactly what he is doing. Everyone was always on time, polite, respectful and even cleaned up After the job. Entire company is the best I have worked with (and have had many). I even referred them to my parents. Also use them for plumbing, electrical, etc.. It is cool and comfortable in my home now. Do yourself a break and call them. You won’t be sorry.

Kenny is honest professional technician. My tenant called for the A/C was not cooling. Kenny checked the the system throughly and found everything was working properly. The problem was impacted filter causing coil to freeze. All what needed a new filter. I do appreciate his honesty to tell the issue was that simple. I used Intelligent Design before and I was happy with their work, and I will ask for their service again.

I used Intelligent Design to replace an inferior system installed new by my house builder. Overall, highly recommend them. Extremely impressed with one of their personnel in particular, Sammy Davis. Cannot say enough positive things about his work ethic or professionalism.

Wes — formerly with Wood’s Plumbing—was the plumber who serviced my water problem. He was very professional and efficient. He also has great communication skills and explained in a way I could understand what had happened with my toilet. I would highly recommend this company.

Update: 30-45 mintues after I leave my review the owner called me. He asked me questions about how I fixed my A/C unit and promised me he had fired the technician that performed our A/C service because all the complaints he had received. Then, he promised to refund us the money from the service call. It has been over a week and no refund.

We bought the house a couple of years ago. We an A/C company come out and service the first 2 years we lived here. Then, I decided to Intelligent Design because they installed the unit. 3 weeks after they serviced our unit we started having issues with it. They replaced a part for it. The following year they service it again and again 3 weeks later it starts having issues where the AC blows hot air. Then they came and quoted us $4500 to replace a part. We decide to have someone else look at it. The one part Intelligent Design said was bad actually wasn't and he noticed the indoor unit was way oversized and incompatible with the outdoor unit which could cause major issues. Intelligent Design had installed both units. The other inspector was busy so he didn't have more time to troubleshoot so I started to. I found the $60 circuit board was bad and replaced it. My air conditioning is back working was good as it did before Intelligent Design ever touched it.

I had a major water leak that necessitated cutting off my entire water supply. The temperature was over 100F and I cool with an evaporative cooler, which then had no water supply. Other companies I called could not come right away, but Intelligent Design said they would come the same day.
My repairman, Justin, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly. He is a professional with a warm friendly personality. I highly recommend both Justin and Intelligent Design!

Didn’t put the breaker back in on the outside unit, so it was straining to try a cool the without the compressor running. Did it do any damage?
