,Also checked our Hot Water Heater, plus draining sediment in the tank. We had problems getting hot water a taps and shower. ANDRE made an adjustment to control on the upper tank. We will monitor the time it takes hot water to faucets and shower.

This post is on behalf of MR. and MRS. Pribyl who recently purchased a new AC system from us. They did not have a google account so I am posting through mine.

We have used Wolff Mechanical to service our A/C for years. We just purchased a new Trane variable speed A/C unit from Wolff for our house. The air flow from the ducting of the prior unit was noisy and a major concern was that the new A/C system be quiet. Our salesman Tim Friederich found that the noisiest register was directly over the air handler. Tim recommended a Trane unit because it was the only unit that had a fan at the bottom of the air handler instead of at the top like all of the others. Tim told us that was the only way to get rid of the noise. The new A/C unit and ducting is so quiet that we can barely hear it run. Tim is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with Wolff Mechanical and with Tim Friederich.

I would not recommend this company. First it depends whom you speak to there for them to even be able to verify that you had previously called 2 days prior for which they said they would call back but didn’t. Then you have work done and it doesn’t fix the problem and now you have to have them out again and pay for the next part they want to try. I will say they do send out someone right away but if the problem doesn’t get fixed that really doesn’t help much.

I called Wolfe after calling 3 other AC companies that couldn't make it out until Monday. Wolfe came within 2 hours of being dispatched. Their service tech was very professional and we ended up getting the preventative maintenace contract for future service. Thank You Wolfe!

Brandon D. educated me on the unit, was on time, thorough, and nice. Will definitely request him for my maintenance or repairs moving forward.

Andre was friendly, answered my questions, and worked efficiently and effectively. I appreciate his professionalism and workmanship. He did a very good job.

AJ kicked butt and fixed our air conditioner in no time. Would recommend him highly. Hes the best and he loves dogs.
