I used this company to install my new ac unit. Wolff mechanical is a honest and professional company. I recomend wolff mechanical to any one who is need of ac maintenance or new unit. Service advisor Richard is a true professional, who takes the time to educate his clients and helps them make the best choice that meets thier needs. Richard approach is a no pressure and no up sale tactics.

We are a commercial office with approx 16-18 heating and a-c units on the rooftop. One of the heating units would not start, leaving the reception area of the office quite cold. We called Wolff Mechanical and they were kind and efficient to send a tech out the same morning. The tech assessed the problem and determined some of the copper wiring failed and caused a fuse on the unit to blow. He took care of the issue and charged us for a service call.

Richard and his assistant were excellent. Both went above and beyond. In the attic, at the unit, and at the blower. They diagnosed the problem that has existed on and off since installation, repaired and got the unit working without issue. Great employees, very dedicate to getting the job done right. Came to service our annual heating systems in addition to installing some additional features to our HVAC units including both residential air cleaners and Kick Start units. He was extremely informative and made logical and helpful recommendations of upgrades that would not only preserve the life of our systems, but would also allow for a healthier environment in which to breathe on a daily basis. I appreciate his patient explanation and the speed and timeliness of installing these add ons within a 24 hour period.

Great experience! I contacted Wolff Mechanical based on a recommendation of a neighbor and friend. I also contacted two other AC contractors. All three came on Monday. Tuesday morning (early)I got a follow up call from Tim Slater (Wolff sales)....I had decided ....based on price, reputation and product warranty that Wolff was my preferred contractor. They had a cancellation and came out a couple hours later. The unit arrived with two technicians - Zaid and Ferris - BOTH very professional and knowledgeable. By the end of the day I sitting in my QUIET(I could hardly believe my AC was running) COOL living room. Later I got a follow-up call from Tim Slater to see if everything was ok; or if I had any questions. I look forward to many years with Wolff as my AC maintenance/service provider.

We had our semi-annual HVAC maintenance, our HVAC technician Joe Voinovich III was the BEST!!!! Since we have had our system installed in 2018 Joe is the FIRST technician that actually has taken a shop vac on top of my home to properly clean the system, run water and offer to change our filters for us. THIS is what I call full maintenance service. I pay a good price yearly for this service, the other technicians only go on the roof look at the unit, make sure all it running, (in my mind do the absolute least of what is required) as they are only here about 30 minutes or so. Joe was here over an hour to make sure that everything worked good. I want to request him for future maintenance calls it that is allowed. Joe is a stand up young man, while he was using out hose the faucet broke, he called in to his boss, told them what happened, he paid for new part and fixed it himself. That is what I call a stand up guy!! You have an EXCELLENT Employee in JOE VOINOVICH III. Thank you again Joe!!! Thank you Wolfe Mechanical for sending out a great and responsible young man to do a good job on my home.

Kirk was very helpful. He called to let us know he was en route. When he arrived he looked at the system and immediately determined the problem. He was done within an hour and we are grateful for his work. We have cool air!

Brandon was here on time, efficient and thorough. Wolff is the premier HVAC company inn the valley. When. ever I am asked to refer an air condition or heating repair company I chose Wolff every time. Service is second to none.

Wolff Mech installed my heat pump system about 4 years ago and I use their maintenance program to keep the system in tip top condition. Every one I have ever dealt with has been GREAT. The maintenances techs are real pros A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
