I cannot even begin to express the extent of my dissatisfaction with Wolff. I hired them for a commercial AC job several months ago. I paid them a great deal of money for a entirely new system for my building. Now, only several months later I have had to hire another AC company to fix all of the mistakes that were made and to almost completely reconfigure the system that Wolff should have done. The errors made by Wolff at points were simply egregious. The rest can be attributed to pure laziness. I sincerely wish I would have gone elsewhere for my business.

After being riped off by another firm who had to return to correct an instillation I hired Wolf. Their work was excellent and their pricing was fair. Highly recommended. I have never been motivated to write a review before.

We were very happy with the service provided by Wolff Mechanical. Nate was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. We absolutely recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

I will never contact Wolff mechanical for business again and I recommend you finding someone else to fix your air conditioning. It took them a week to fix my air, A WEEK. No apologies from the actually company, just the repair who causally said "sorry this took so long". It was something simple as the external rotating fan. And once they finally got around to actually fixing it, they were missing another part, which they "never have ran out of before" which then took another two days for them to come out again. We called them every time asking for updates or to set up times, not once did they initiate the call. Please choose another company to fix your air. Unless you want to be displaced from your home for a week.

I had the best experience with this company. They have a young man by the name of Brandon Halbert that demonstrated knowledge of my current system and professionalism on the way he handled the whole business transaction. Hats off to a customer oriented company.

Awesome company. From first phone call to completed repair in less than 90 minutes. I called at 4:20 p.m. to say my blower motor on the A/C unit had quit. By 5:38 p.m.; Jeff had come, replaced a Capacitor and checked out the unit. Outstanding and good price too.

Since Wolff installed our heat and air units in 2010 we have had them maintain both units . They have responded when needed to troubleshoot any issues in a timely fashion. We would recommend Wolff Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs.

Andre did some AC maintenance to correct a problem and suggested we do preventative maintenance to replace a failing fan. I ordered the fan replacement through Breana in the office and Andre was assigned again and he did an expert job getting it replaced on his follow up appointment.

Had a tech come out to do routine maintenance on our unit. Very professional and thorough with his walk-through. Highly recommend their services. Our tech's name was David and he was fantastic.

I appreciate the service guys from Wolff Mechanical that were sent out to inspect and diagnose my AC problem. They were on time, courteous and thorough. They told me exactly what i expected, i need a new unit including the duct transition through my roof. They want to replace my unit with a 3.5 ton unit Manufactured by Daikin in which carries a tremendous 12 year replacement on Parts And Labor. Although we are negotiating a price that my wife and myself can afford and live with being retired and living off our savings and SS. This new Daikin unit looks very good compared to units other contractors sell here in the valley. The total price really "Aint" that bad. My wife and i would highly recomend Wolff Mechanical to anyone that wants a fair deal whether purchasing a new unit or having them come out and service your older unit. Thomas
