I highly recommend Wolff Mechanical and especially Andre. Of all the techs that have serviced our home Andre is the most thorough and conscientious and he is a delight to converse with.

Joey of your service department was sent out to find out what was wrong with our Quietside Units that we have now had for just about a year. We had problems with these units and I was about to tell Wolff to take them out. The original problem was found and the system had been working great. The currant problem presented itself like the first problem. It had been a year and a day since we got it working. The Service Manager gave the ok to be repaired under warrantee. When Joey came out he showed me what had happened. a lizard got caught between the fan and fan housing which caused the fan from rotating witch caused the unit to overheat and shut down (exactly what it was suppose to do). I don't judge a company by the way it reacts when things go things right but rather how the company reacts when things do go wrong. Joey and your Company were and have been Fair, Honest, and most importantly Never complained about having to come out here. Joey told me that the he had to charge the 89.00 service fee. No arguments (The Lizard was not your fault). I would recommend Woff Mechanical for any HVAC work that one would need.

Jesus called ahead to notify he was coming. When he arrived, I was worried by his short stature. However, he got into my ceiling crawl space twice to inspect two different units. Was very complete in explaining what he found and tests he ran. I signed the paperwork and he cleaned up and all in all it was a good professional experience.

Had a leak in our AC unit that turned out to be a clog issue. Called on a Saturday morning and Andre was out within an hour. Super fast, helpful, and friendly!

Had a complete Trane system, Evap and full wifi thermostat system installed. Whole house reduct as well. The technicians doing the install found a few things with the old duct work the did not like and replaced the problem areas for free along with upgraded ducting at a huge discount. From start to finish everyone was wonderful to work with. Now I have a service contract with them for the Trane warranty and they come out like clockwork twice a year. Great company to work with.

Andre has the absolute best customer service. I would recommend him 100% so thankful I was able to have him come out. Would absolutely request him for future! Thank you Andre!!!

I’ve been doing business with Wolff Mechanical for 15+ years. I recently had them go out to diagnose a problem with an a/c rooftop unit that they installed and the repair estimate came back at $2,350.00. I got it done with another company for $950.00. Yes another company that used trane parts and was licensed etc.
