If you have a broken unit and it’s important for someone to get to you quickly, I highly recommend calling another company.
I have a service order through my home warranty that was supposed to go through this company for an ac repair (it’s literally not cooling my house). Outside temps are getting up to 110F and there is an active heat advisory in my area. Their after hours line also said they “weren’t that busy and should be able to get me in quickly; they’ll schedule a service as soon as they can see their schedule (the following morning)”. Turns out, “not that busy” means they can fit me in next Tuesday afternoon. It’s Friday morning and my ac has been broken since yesterday. 6 days with a broken ac unit and outside temps ranging from 80-110 during that time period is unacceptable. I have no experience with this company beyond scheduling because I need someone at my home sooner than Tuesday and will be utilizing another company.

We had used a couple of different companies in the valley, every year or 2 we needed more freon. Come to find out, that wasn't normal. We've now been with Wolff for 12+ years & have zero plans of going elsewhere. We even replaced our builder grade a/c thru Wolff & its an amazing difference in cooling & efficiency.

On April 24th, Brandon D. came to my house to check our three air conditioners to make sure they were running properly and to install a thermastat. He called before arriving, which I really appreciate. He did his work efficiently and was courteous and professional. I am very happy with Wolff Mechanical, Inc.

Great service call! Ken was polite and got right to business. Cleaned everything and replaced thermostat. He also helped is use the app for our thermostat. Hope he’s still with you for our fall service.

I called Wolff Mechanical on a Friday at 5pm. The tech was at my house by 5:30. He walked me through the issues, explained my options, and when I decided to move forward with a full replacement, the PM was at my house a half an hour later to discuss options.
Tim Friederich was professional, courteous, and thorough. He gave us many options and explained the costs, pros and cons, and expected outcomes of each. We made a decision and no more than 24 hours later, our new unit was installed and functioning.
The installation crew was professional and had exceptional attention to detail. I felt they took pride in their work.
Tim Friederich returned several days later to inspect the job and further discuss my new system.
I have not had an experience like this with a contractor in a long time. I highly recommend Wolff Mechanical.

Came back from a weekend away to extreme heat and a broken upstairs bedroom unit. Responsive from go, couldn't promise an after hours visit, but as luck would have it they finished at earlier calls and came the same evening. DJ identified and fixed the issue and we are good to go. Thank goodness - 113 degrees here today!

I have had employee Richard handle the servicing on my A/C unit for 2 years now. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him and Wolff Mechanical.

I have used Wolff Mechanical for over 20 years and wouldn't use anyone else. They installed the original system that lasted over 23 years and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Most of my neighbors are on their second or third A/C units. That's why I only went to Wolff Mechanical when I was ready to install a new system.

Tim came out gave me different options, no high pressure sales tactics and I can't be more pleased with the results. The install crew were very professional and courteous.

Working for an industrial supply company I've heard horror stories how some companies treat their customers by charging them for something they didn't need.

Wolff Mechanical has been my HVAC provider/servicer since 1995. I have always felt the technicians were knowledgable and courteous. Brandon has been especially helpful as I have had to replace three units in the last 1 1/2 years. I recommend Brandon and Wolff Mechanical to my friends.

Love Wolff Mechanical. Had some issues installing 2 Nest Thermostats in my house. Nest told me to contact a Nest Pro installation company. I saw that Wolff Mechanical was one. So I set the appointment and am glad that I did.

The technician showed up in the timeframe I was given. Was extremely nice and knowledgable. He knew what the issue was right away, worked quick, fixed the issues, got the system up and running, charged me less than what was anticipated, and then he went on his way.

I've got to tell you, nothing I like more than someone knowing what they are doing, doing it right, and only charging for what was fair - I will always gladly pay for that.

I will be using Wolff Mechanical for all of my heating / air conditioning repairs, tune-ups, etc... in the future. Everyone else would be smart to do the same.
