Replaced our 30 year old AC - did a great job. Great customer service.

Our A/C was not working.Very little air was coming out.I asked a friend for a referral and she said she had heard good things about Bumblebee. I called them,noticing that they were local to Tempe.We like to support local businesses.Elizabeth set up an appt and the tech Adam came over earlier than allotted time. He diagnosed the problem,fixed it and explained the causation.
We are very pleased with the prompt service and attention to detail plus a working air conditioner!

I love working with the staff at Bumble Bee AC. If you’re looking for an HVAC business with integrity and great customer care, you should call Lisa and have them service your heater. Our unit was blowing cold air and they sent someone the next morning. Their technician made several calls to get the part we needed and resolved the problem. Great experience once again!

Bumble Bee Air Conditioning was highly recommended by a friend, and we're grateful that we gave the company a call. The staff are highly efficient, responsive and considerate. Our compressor went out with temperatures in the mid-90's. Not only did Bumble Bee accommodate us by sending the crew out on Saturday morning to replace the compressor, but they noticed that the compressor was still under warranty--by just one day--and saved us a substantial sum of money. I am happy to give Bumble Bee my highest recommendation. I don't think I've ever had better service from any company.

Got a beautiful new AC unit installed ONE day after I had contacted them! That ease and convenience is so important and what a lovely final touch/thank you from the company - the jars of honey!

A coworker recommended Bumble Bee AC to me after our previous AC company was unresponsive. I couldn't be happier with the service we received! Our unit had reached the end of its life in the middle of a week where temperatures were 115 degrees plus for 7 days in a row...coils were freezing up and no cold air was blowing anymore. Needless to say it was getting hot inside. Bumble Bee got Kris out to our house within a day and he assessed the damages. He did not push anything on us (which I love because I hate a salesman), but provided us with all of our options and educated us a bit as to what the pros and cons of each were. At the end of the day we decided to replace the unit with a brand new one - which he was able to get installed the VERY NEXT DAY. In these times where everything has long leads (a friend who just replaced their unit had to wait 2 MONTHS for a new one), we are extremely grateful that Kris and the Bumble Bee team were able to get us taken care of so quickly! All in all we had a new unit installed and cooling our house within 48 hours of my first phone call to the office. Glad to be back in the cool, and we now have peace of mind that everything is going to work well for us for a long time.

Kris and his team were all very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I even saw them sweeping up the few small rocks they had disturbed on our front sidewalk during the install. I love to see a team who takes pride in their work! I would recommend anyone in the area to use Bumble Bee Air Conditioning Services in the future - especially in a pinch. They will take care of you!

Our upstairs air was not working correctly. System was leaking on roof and freezing up the system. Craig was professional and fixed our problem. Thanks 👍
