We had a great experience with this company!
We called them to inspect our AC unit, as we had a leak from the ceiling. The staff we spoke with and also Kris, the technician, were friendly and professional. Kris diagnosed our issue and resolved it quickly. He also gave us his opinion of our AC unit and provided us with a quote if we should want to replace our unit, as it's quite old. We felt no pressure and he was thorough in resolving our issue. We felt communication with the company was great and price was fair. We'll continue using Bumble Bee AC and recommend them to everyone!

I have been a customer of Bumble Bee's since I moved into my house, and not only have I been very impressed with their maintenance service, I just purchased a new AC and they installed it with great service every step of the way. I called Bumble Bee on Monday morning when one of our A/C units stopped working. Their staff was able to get me scheduled for noon the same day and provided very timely and helpful text messages to keep me informed. Once Kris showed up, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and got our A/C running again within the hour. I would definitely recommend Bumble Bee as they are an exceptional company to work with.

Long story short, our upstairs A/C unit failed in the middle of the summer right after remodeling. Fearing the heat would cause damage, we were recommended to contact Bumble Bee, being new to the area. From the beginning they were very professional and acted quickly, getting a new unit here right away and installed with no problems at all. Removed our old unit as well, were very clean and had tremendous respect for us and our home. Communication was great. Kris, Jack, and Kyle did a fantastic job and were very friendly/professional through the whole process. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee and will be using them again in the future for any A/C related items. They even came back out this week as a complimentary visit to make sure the heat was working correctly on our unit as the cooler season approaches. Prices were definitely fair and their terrific customer service eased the burden of getting a brand new unit. They are awesome!!!

My entire experience working with Bumble Bee Air Conditioning was top-notch! I had never experienced AC problems in the past, so I was searching for a good company and Bumblebee was AMAZING! They answered my request for service at 8pm and were at our home by 8am the next morning to check for repairs. We ended up getting a new unit and the entire experience happened like clockwork, we were so impressed. Best customer service I've ever experienced working on any kind of home repairs. I called Bumblebee for an AC replacement quote. The tech arrived looking less than professional; his shirt wasn't buttoned correctly and was several sizes too large. He seemed less interested in giving me a quote than figuring all the issues they would have with the installation. The final quote arrived two days later even though I told them I needed it the next day. They didn't include the unit I asked for in the quote, only the ones that the tech thought I should have. The brand of units quoted were lower quality than the other quote I received at the same price and the warranty was not competitive.

I highly recommend Bumble Bee. I had a unique situation re billing and having someone to let them in. They were very accommodating. Mr Carter was professional and knowledgeable and i thought the charge was reasonable. I would definitely use them again
