Bumble Bee Air Conditioning

Responsive, courteous and professional. We have been with Bumble Bee for about an year on a maintenance plan and could not be happier. Scheduling is easy and the technicians do a thorough job in servicing, explaining what is needed and documenting the condition of the A/C. This week when our compressor wouldn't start and the temperature inside the house was creeping up to 88, they were able to send a technician (Dylan) and he was able to sort it out quickly :) thanks!

Bumble Bee is awesome - I had them come out for a second opinion and they did such a better job diagnosing my AC issue than the first company. As a business owner myself that takes pride in customer service, I'm usually disappointed in how other companies operate at times. I deal with a LOT of companies on a daily basis. This is the second time we have used Bumblebee and I am extremely impressed with them. Whoever is in charge of customer service and have created the tech to client process is doing an amazing job. This company is doing everything right. It's refreshing to see actual care for a customer. Will use again and again.

Bumblebee is always very good to me. I got an appointment right away and the work was done right away.

Total scam. Be careful. $109 diagnostic visit somehow turned into $800 and my AC still wasn't fixed. I was not talked to and the guy never consulted with me on what was wrong... $14,000 quote for a new unit. Needless to say we went with another company that was less than half their rate and ten times more professional. Bumblebee is a scam.
