Ron C. was AWESOME!!!! Im sooo happy my boyfriend referred me to bumble bee 🐝, from the initial appointment setup to completion. Ron made a far drive and at no point did he seem irritated instead he was so happy and pleasant when answering all my questions and needs. He first inspected my unit and then installed my new ecobee thermostat. He ran into trouble and quickly fixed the issue on the configuration of the thermostat. glad I decided to go with the maintenance program. Thanks a bunch to everyone but especially to Ron for providing excellent customer service.

Company was a pleasure to work with. Technician showed up promptly and was extremely helpful, informed, and professional. I will definitely be using them again for my HVAC needs.

Bumble Bee replaced my AC unit and got me a top tier unit for a fraction of what the big name brands wanted to charge me. They went out of their way to be accommodating for me when there were some hiccups in getting the unit and Kris was super professional the entire time. They don’t make commission, so you can expect honesty every time!

Had two split systems installed to replace existing, aging units. Responsiveness from office team to field technicians was excellent. I’ve been service customer for several years, very happy with decision to have replace my old units.

I can't say enough good things about Bumble Bee! Their customer service is phenomenal, they moved mountains to help me when my business turned into a sauna on the first warm days of summer. Craig has been responsible for all the maintenance and improvements of the air conditioning unit in my studio and he has been wonderful at communicating and addressing my concerns, and his work has helped immensely with the climbing temperatures. Highly recommend!!!!
