Buzz-tastic Erick came out to do my seasonal maintenance. He rolled up in his bumble bee truck with awesome bee decal. After going over my entire ac system he educated me on the importance of having a surge protector on my condenser unit especially during monsoon season when we have those wonderful lightning storms as well as a Kickstart which helps prolong the life of the compressor of my unit and considering I spent so much money on replacing my whole system I'm so glad that he did. Living in Arizona there is such a troublesome thing called dust that comes in through every single crevice of your home no matter how much you clean. He explained to me the benefits of having a Reme-Halo indoor air quality installed in my home especially for someone with allergies and asthma. It is well worth the investment. He quickly installed all of these items and even cleaned my outdoor coils. The office staff is friendly and kind and quick to help in a flash. Bumblebee is my go-to for all my AC needs and I recommend them to anyone when you are not cooling or even just seasonal maintenance. They are not pushy they just educate you and present solutions and help you to decide which is best for your family. I am a lifelong member of Bumblebee and I hope you will be too.

Bumble Bee is awesome! They returned my service call quickly and had me scheduled within a couple hours. They also loaned me a portable unit which was a lifesaver until my AC was fixed. The tech, Dylan, was very professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They take pictures while they are looking at your AC and show you the pics to describe what needs to be done. It stinks when your AC goes out but they make the repair as easy as possible!

Wonderful company, we had some issues. Never fun getting AC repaired, but they worked through the issues, and got things working correctly. Nice people, hard workers, they take photos, which is always a good sign of honesty, when working with repairs. Bumblebee went above and beyond and took care of a tricky, difficult situation. My A/C unit is 18 yrs old and has been on the verge of going kaput for the last 2 years. The Bumble Bee Team has been doing biannual maintenance to keep it working for my home. I have been fortunate enough to work hand in hand with the Bumble Bee technicians (Craig and Nabil have been awesome!) to keep up to speed on where the unit was at in its final stage of end of life. This past fall I new it was no longer worth trying to keep it going. So, I spoke with Lisa (she is amazing!) who helped me navigate the challenges of choosing a new unit for the home. I am happy to say we finalized our choice and the team was dispatched to remove and replace my A/C to get me prepared before the heat of summer arrives. In true superstar fashion they got it all done in a few hours. I can't be happier with their patience, support, expertise and attention to detail. Had bumble bee out to perform our spring maintenance inspection. Erick did such a great job with getting us prepared for summer. He installed a safety switch to protect us from water overflow. He educated us as to why it is important to have on our system. Elizabeth in the office is always helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Bumble bee is our go to company for ac needs. I've had Bumble Bee install 2 AC units for me and both experiences were great. Prices were better than other options I could find, service was exceptional, products work.

Most recently I had a small issue with one of these new units and they were on site within a day, fixed a wiring malfunction, and got my unit hummin again. My service guy this time Erick was very helpful, down to earth, and walked me through the issue.

Dylan came out to inspect our A/C unit. We just bought the condo and several things were pointed out in the inspection. Dylan did a great job!! He provided before and after pictures of the repairs. Price was fair. Work was completed on time. He was very polite and professional!! We signed up for the maintenance program and are looking forward to working with them again.

Helped me work out next steps for our ancient unit and gave us all the options and offered images of what our unit looked like and what the readings were.
