The experience was excellent from the very beginning. The scheduler left a voicemail,, email, and text message to get the work scheduled. The work scheduled for the very next day. The technician found the problem and fixed it fairly quickly. Wasn't a "have to schedule a return appt" like many other contractors I have encountered. I am not sure about the price, it was a warranty item. Will sign up for the annual maintenance, which is a very good price. This company is fair and more importantly honest.

We were delighted with our first experience with Bumble Bee A/C. They came highly recommended and our experience verified that. Erich was really thorough, listened carefully, and was great at explaining the maintenance routine he completed. He recommended a coil clean and judging from the amount of black sludge that came out, we were sure glad he did! We were so pleased we signed up for an annual membership. Feels great to be partnered with a company that really knows their business and values customers too!

November 2018 The Bumble Bee crew did an excellent job removing the old Trane A/C after 22 years loyal service, still in working order but beginning to show its age! The new installation went very smoothly and to schedule with two Trane 16i / 17 SEER systems running efficiently and so quietly! Thank you Lisa at the office and Craig and team at the house. Great job.

04/01/2021 Bumble Bee technician, Craig, visited to perform an annual A/C maintenance. He was thorough as usual and passed all 3 units as functioning perfectly. Great visit and service, thank you.
