Erick arrived right on time. A very pleasant young man. Did a very thorough check of the HVAC. Would recommend Erick and Bumble Bee anytime.

I have never sat down to review a company immediately after they left, but Bumble Bee was without a doubt the best service company that I have ever used.
My tech, "the Wizard" came by within 3 hours of my call and went right to the source of the problem and had my AC running again in less than an hour.

The other companies are more expensive and not as dependable. They came out the same day I called.Lisa sent me an email about Adam and how long he has been doing this line of work. This is the second time I have called for troubleshooting and service when my air conditioning was out. On both occasions Bumble Bee got me in quick, were very professional, and thorough! Today Elizabeth and Dylan saved the day and I will refer and call them again!

From the time of receiving a detailed and fair quote, Bumble Bee Air Conditioning team acquired the parts and installed the replacement heater/AC system within 10 days. The install team led by Adam and Kris were professional and worked hard to install the equipment and perform testing to confirm the equipment was working properly.

I needed a repair immediately. I can't say if they'd be able to do this every time however they were able to fit me in for a repair the same day. They provided a time. They were on-time. They provided me with the issue and repaired it. I really liked the total system assessment checklist. I also liked the text regarding who is coming and their bio and when they were on their way to my house. Great customer service and technical work.

My technician, Ron, was extremely professional and very informative. He answered all my questions, pointed out points that could be improved in the system, checked everything thoroughly, and left me feeling good that I would have a cool summer. The administrative team were extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and payment was easy.
