The response and service we received from Bumble Bee was impeccable! Bumble Bee responded very quickly and had someone on site so fast! The technician, Dylan Brindle, was simply fantastic and was the difference maker in why we chose to go with Bumble Bee. He was considerate, knowledgeable, and empathic with our needs. He took his time to not only diagnose the issues but also walk us through all options to repair or replace. You could tell he had an extreme service mindset and our needs were more important than “making a sale.” When we compared that to other companies we had out - we knew we had to choose Dylan and Bumble Bee because it was not high pressure sales, it was about us, and just listening to our needs and taking the time to explain everything in detail was the difference!! Not only that - they had an install team early the following morning (including Dylan), the unit was delivered, craned onto the roof, and installed all before 11am the following morning!! They all were so responsive, professional, and such quality work! Simply the best and I would highly recommend them…you will be so happy with every step of the process! I've reviewed these guys before - that in itself says something, I keep coming back. Whenever I have a problem with A/C or heat, they typically come no later than the next day, same day when possible. As this can be a greatly demanded service (especially here in the valley of "h*ll on earth in the summer), I always feel like they respond just as soon as they can, given the demand. I get a confirming text, and a text when the tech is on the way, and a follow up email/text. When the tech arrives, always friendly, professional, quick to work, fully explain everything that's going on, and they get busy. These repairs are never cheap, but they provide alternatives and full explanations, never once felt pressured to do or buy anything. As time passed, I typically ask their opinion and they've earned my trust enough to take their advice. Don't want to gush any more over them - but - quick, professional, timely service with good communications throughout. Highly recommended from my experience.

I've been using Bumblebee for many years now and am always happy with the timeliness, service and quality that I receive. I highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC maintenance, repair or installation.

Bumblebee was professional, and our experience with them was fine as far as it went, but we ended up getting our problem solved in a way that made it clear that Bumblebee just wasn't very helpful.

Our AC blew out early on a June morning, and BumbleBee was good about sending us out a technician that same morning. He told us we had a bad blower motor, the part was back-ordered for 6-8 weeks, and it would cost over $2000 including labor. If we'd left it there and taken their advice this would probably be a 4-or-5 star review, and we would have had a miserable Summer.

But on the advice of a friend we also reached out to a technician who ran his own business, and by noon he was able to find an OEM part for less than $1000, and he came out and replaced it that very afternoon so that we were back up and running by the end of the day.

It's shocking that two people in the same industry can present such two wildly different results. My takeaway from the experience is that Bumblebee seems to be well organized and managed, but under the hood they are not that thoughtful or creative about actually solving your problem.

Erick (sp) came out and did a great job of walking me through what services we were in need of. Took lots of photos to help explain things and made it very easy to digest the information. Super friendly guy and I would definitely recommend Bumble Bee.

We did our due diligence with shopping around and meeting multiple HVAC installers. Many similarities (pricing and warranties) in market since we have so many HVAC companies in our metro area. Ultimately for us what set Bumble Bee apart were the quality reviews and the people. We’re very happy with our decision.

Dylan was our first point of contact. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was more thorough than other professionals we met and took the time to make sure he walked through all options along with pros and cons of each. Really was impressed by Dylan.

The installers were all very professional, kind, and great at what they do. We were greeted with a thank you card and gift which was a great touch. They left our condo the way they found it and made sure the job was done well before calling it a day. Dylan came back the next day to walk us through everything and spent time educating us on the new thermostat along with advice to best manage the system. Loved that extra touch.

Our office point of contact was Elizabeth. Very punctual, thorough, and a joy to talk to each time.

We’ve recommended Bumble Bee to a few already and want to do so here as well. Consider them for any HVAC needs.
