Accurate Air

This was my first encounter with Accurate Air and it was very positive, from setting the appointment to the actual service provided by Ethan. I was notified the day before of the scheduled time frame (3 hrs). Ethan was on time pleasant and professional. No attempt to provide unnecessary services. I feel like this is a company I can trust when not if future AC service is required.

Suspected there was an issue with the fan and called to get someone out as soon as possible since the temperatures had been hot. Appointment scheduling was easy. An appointment opened up earlier and Ethan came earlier than estimated time. Repair was performed satisfactorily and now have cool air!

We are very happy with Accurate Air. They've done great work for us ever since they installed our new Trane system.

We have used Accurate Air for more than 20 years. Obviously we are totally confident in their knowledge in servicing our air conditioners and heating systems. Their people are respectful of our home and are easy to talk to. Their scheduling people contact us in a timely manner. Their techs call us with a 15 min. Window on when they will be at our home which always falls within the 3 hr. Time frame scheduled. We highly recommend Accurate Air.

Tom and his crew arrived right on time and had both the air handler and new AC unit installed within 4 hours time. The crew was very responsive and courteous, I just stayed out of their way. The new unit works great, just as the weather is getting hot. Accurate Air was recommended to me by a construction engineer I have known for 40 years and they held true to every aspect of his comments. I had other choices, but I am more than pleased with the outcome, the price, and their post installation follow-up. I would recommend AAC to anyone!

Sean arrived quickly after I called and not only fixed my AC, but my thermostat and wiring as well. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked for hours until everything was done correctly. If anything else goes wrong I wouldn't call anyone else.

I am very pleased with Accurate Air Conditioning Inc. Tom came out and did a through assessment (with detailed appraisal). They worked with me to find the best solution to replacing my AC unit. The crew was professional and respectful to me. They took great care to make sure everything was up and running. I would highly recommend this company.

We have had our HVAC systems serviced and repaired by the Accurate Air team for several years now. (We had used others before that, and have been much happier with Accurate on both pricing and apparent quality.) The technical staff explain things well, and offer clear information about what's recommended and what's necessary. I understand they are not compensated on commission, which helps explain why—relative to some other companies—it's never felt like we're being pushed to do anything unnecessary. I appreciate the friend who referred us to Accurate, and have referred other friends to them too.

The team at Accurate Air is great. I've been using them for several years and now my son is using them at his house, too. They're prompt to respond when I have repair problems---Chuck was there right away this week---they try to help me solve my issues in the lowest cost way and, on the rare occasions that they make a mistake, they are stand up about it and correct it at no charge. They're reasonable priced, friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend them.

I have a semi-annual check-up plan with Accurate Air. They are always prompt, courteous, and thorough. The plan is a great value, and helps me keep on a maintenance schedule--my 15-year-old HVAC is still going strong.
