Accurate Air

We've had several AC companies over the years since moving to the valley. In our experience, Accurate Air has provided the best pricing and service. As a result, we've been on their Heating and Air maintenance plan for several years now with absolutely no complaints. Great pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Technician was on-time, professional and personable. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. He provided an analysis of the services he performed and the results of the maintenance. He was efficient and the fees were reasonable. There was an original part that needed to be replaced and he took the time to determine that it was still partially under warranty, so he replaced it at a much-reduced cost to me.

they squeezed me in to their busy schedule so they could fix my thermostat. Ethan who has been at our house many times is the best!!

When my AC went out in the middle of summer Accurate was able to come out quickly and repair the issue completely the first time. I was so impressed by their service that I signed up for maintenance plan which is very affordable and since then have had no issues with my cooling or heating systems.

New Trane system installed December 2022. This was the first system check. Technician was on time, knowledgeable and polite.

Called Accurate on a Sunday and they called me back within an hour and were able to come out the next day and diagnose the issue, order the part and gave us a price that was about HALF of the last estimate we got! They came back and installed the part two days later on time! Will definitely call them the next time we need service.

A neighbor recommended Accurate Air. Ethan was the tech advisor who came out to do maintenance on our 3 units. He confirmed time beforehand, showed up promptly, was knowledgeable and respectful. He offered some tips on operating and maintaining the units. Cost was reasonable. We will use them again.

Love this company. I have had twice a year check ups with them for the last 6 years. I would not trust anyone else. Thanks for the reminder phone calls and excellent service. Ethan was awesome.
