Accurate Air

I’ve been using Accurate Air for many years for everything ac/hearing related: purchase and installation, repairs, and maintenance. They are honest, well-priced, always share any options there are for repairs, and keep me informed before, during, and after service. Although I hate having any issues with my air conditioning and heating, I know that Accurate Air will get things up and running.

We have been using Accurate Air for many years. The service plan they offer has been particularity helpful not simply for the check ups and filter replacement, but they have gone out of their way on a number of instances when we had an issue with a few of our older units. In the middle of the summer, most companies are swamped with service calls, but Accurate has always somehow managed to take care of the situation in less than a day. Chuck has been particularly helpful not just doing the work, but building a professional and courteous working relationship with us. I've been a customer of Accurate Air Conditioning/Tempe, AZ since 1993. They began service my a/c units in my Tempe condo and then when I moved to my little Chandler house, and now my home in Sun Lakes. This company is honest, trustworthy and very competent. Their administrative staff is always helpful and friendly (Shannon, Tom, Sandra, Dolly). And their service guys are, too, especially Chuck Russo. He's reliable and conscientious and a pleasant person to have in our home. We recommend Accurate Air Conditioning to everyone we know. It's a great company; a family-owned business. You can count on them!

We called Accurate Air based on a neighbor’s recommendation at 8AM. They oromised a technician would be at our home that day and that happened. With outdoor temperatures in the 114 range, and a hotel as our only housing option, we were thrilled to hear that. Ethan arrived around 2PM. He explained the problem to me and started the repair. Around 3PM our AC was functional again. They were prompt, courteous and they seemed to be jureasonably priced (I didn’t have time to comparison shop). . I will definitely call them again when the next inevitable summer failure happens.
