David showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He proceeded to do an inspection on the heat pump unit. All checked out good. We have been using Accurate Air Conditioning , Inc. for over 15 years and they are an excellent company to work with. Dolly & Shannon are also great to work with from the office!

Sean was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We've been using Accurate for a couple years now. They are top quality. They take the time to listen and their techs are talented at AC repair.

After evaluating several AC contractors, we selected Accurate Air because they offered the best value proposition. Chuck Russo did a thorough job in assessing our needs and proposing solid choices. We just had our two new Trane units installed this week and Chuck and his team were superb in handling this rather complex installation. We'd give high marks right across the board--a fabulous customer experience. I wish I had learned about Accurate Air years ago. We will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Accurate Air’s motto is at the top of their statement. It reads “ where treating people like family is tradition”. I’ve only had two interactions with them… But I have to say they certainly do live by their motto. I have been blown away both times they have been to my house. They are friendly, reliable, honest and more than fair.

Chuck is the best!!! He knew what the problem was before he checked out the HVAC system. He still crawled up the ladder and went on the roof of my house and checked it out to make sure everything was working well. I couldn’t be more happy than with accurate air
