Accurate Air

My experience with Accurate Air was outstanding. Their service was excellent from setting up an appointment, showing up on time, diagnosing and fixing the problem all at a fair price. I highly recommend Accurate Air!

Appointment process was quick and easy. Technician Ethan called within the promised window. Ethan listened carefully to my concerns, ran diagnostics to confirm compressor side was operating properly and within specs, then continued to diagnostics on the air handler. He isolated the issue, verified and resolved the issue promptly.
I am completely satisfied with the service and price.

A neighbor walking by one evening recommended Accurate Air when we were discussing my current A/C problem, so after reading the reviews I contacted them. Here is my story:

Prior to the business opening for the day, I requested a service call online but wasn't sure it was actually submitted so I sent a chat text to verify. I received an auto reply letting me know they would be in touch during business hours and how to create an emergency request if needed. I did not require emergency service so I waited to be contacted. Not long after they opened, I received a text letting me know they would be calling me and the phone number the call would come in on so I would know to answer, which I did when they called shortly thereafter. I explained my issue and was told the tech would call before arriving. The tech called and told me he would be over in about 20 minutes, which he was. Sean (the service tech) listened to my issue, asked a few questions and then checked out the unit. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and, after providing an estimate and getting my approval, quickly fixed my unit, which is running beautifully. The total charge was about $60 less than estimated and my house is nice and cold! When it is time to replace our unit (which is now 18 years old and on its last leg), we will be calling Accurate Air. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Chuck was great . He is so professional and an all around good guy. From start to finish Accurate Air has been a joy to work with. A friend referred them to me and so glad she did. They are of high quality and reasonably priced. Thank you Accurate Air.

Mr. Chuck is very experienced! He quickly identified the leaky spot and applied the fix! Accurate Air is super responsive! I put in the service request last night. By this noon, our A/C is blowing 62F cool air while the outside is 103F!

I had another company come out and quoted us $5000 for a repair.

I contacted Accurate Air and Chuck took a look at our unit the same day.

After reviewing he commented that he thought he could repair it and was looking into parts.

A few months later, Chuck found that part and completed the repair for $450.

THIS is how you win customers for life. I will never use or recommend anyone else.

I have used Accurate for years. They are friendly, professional, reliable and on-time. They call the day before with time range of appt, then they arrive on-time. Sean has been our service tech for years. He is also efficient, friendly and professional. I will continue to use them for years to come.

Accurate Air really saved the day, or should I say night, by coming out late on Saturday to fix our broken AC unit! Anyone who's been a parent understands the panic after getting a toddler to bed only to realize the AC isn't working, we were really in a bind! Ethan at Accurate Air really came though for us and we greatly appreciate it!
