To start with, Canyon State was asked to perform a Heating System maintenance check and to check the hot water heater's performance (the old water heater was over 20 years old). I recently purchased and moved into my home, and I noticed that the previous owner had used Canyon State, so I decided to give them a try. After the initial consultation, and maintenance check, I chose to have this contractor perform multiple installations starting with a new hot water heater, a whole house (salt free) water softener system and today's installation of a new reverse osmosis drinking water system. I have slso signed up for an annual HVAC maintenance program, and a plumbing maintenance contract which also includes the annual maintenance for the new hot water heater, water softener and the reverse osmosis drinking water system.

I'm thoroughly impressed by Canyon State's prices and their wide range of services offered. I'm also considering using Canyon State for the upgrade/installaItion of several other items around my home.

So far, so good. I'm 100% certain that I'll be using this company's services for many years to come.They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and they offer all for reasonable prices.

Jesus was my once again the techniciam who came to provide the semi-annual service to my HVAC system . He is pleasant, timely, efficient and very professional. He explained, with photos, the results of his inspection, and made recommendations. based on the status of my system.

Canyon State installed a new AC and heating system in 2020 and they have maintained the system bi-annually. Today Jesus Benitez-Felix did our service and he was efficient and informative. He is very polite and is an excellent representative of the company. Keep up the great work!

We had Canyon State install our new air conditioning units this past summer. In December, they came back to test the system for us, at no charge. Reginald Grant-Woods was our service technician. He arrived on time and was very personable, professional and knowledgable about what he was here to do for us. He changed out our filters too. He set up an appointment for us to have our water heater drained and inspected. He also told us about the APOC-X (air purification) equipment we could add to our system. We were very impressed with this young man. We are impressed with Canyon State as a company.

Jesus Benitez-Felix is very professional & explained & showed me pictures of problems that needed addressed before making the changes. He explained the cost & advantages of making the changes he suggested. I really enjoyed his great personality & he is a pleasure to deal with!
