Sam, our technician, was very professional. He clearly explained what he found that needed repair, as well, as explaining about the available discount. He showed up on time was very personable and took care of everything quickly and professionally. I was impressed so we signed up for an ongoing service agreement with them.

My AC wasn’t cooling my house and the temperature that day was going to be around 110. I called Canyon State and Alex was at my house 3 hours later. I diagnosed and the problem. Alex was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Our Technician Jesus Benitez-Felix was outstanding! He is a great listener & answered all of our questions. He explained everything about the services he was doing with our AC system both verbally & with pictures he took of the readings & our equipment. We highly recommend Jesus and Canyon State Air Conditioning!

My technician Sam Enlow. Arrived within the window time. He did a thorough analysis of our 2 Trane condensers and air handlers. When completed he gave us a verbal review of what he had found. As well as an emailed receipt. All was done in a timely manner. Sam was polite did his job without interruptions. And I would recommend him and Canyon State for any of your HVAC needs.

Dion Elvenia was our service tech and he was wonderful. The AC is clean andquiet now. He changed batteries in an AC remote and addended to a few more extra details. He was polite and very helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I will definitely have him back.

I was referred to Canyon State by my girlfriend after she had a new AC unit installed. Glad I decided to give them a call and have my water heater replaced by them!

Quintin Goldsberry quickly diagnosed the issue with my old water heater and gave me several options on either a repair or a quote on a new unit. The new unit was reasonably priced and I decided to go with a new Bradford White water heater.

Garrett Nelson also helped install the new unit and both were extremely professional and efficient with time!

I highly recommend Canyon State and will use their services again in the future!

04/05/2023 - The service/repair men are great. Last 2 calls on us we had courteous, knowledgable service/repair men; we couldn't ask for better. But, we are not too happy with Canyon State. Each of last two times we had maintenance Canyon State wants to charge high fees to make repairs; only repair parts are not always covered under our monthly warranty and repair fee is not covered by warranty fee. Canyon State is too expensive for us. Thank you. Roger & Karen Britt P.S. we do thank you for cancelling repair maintenance fee today. We did not know our fees did not cover labor costs.
