I own a laundromat in Surprise. When I arrived at work this morning, I realized there was no hot water, so I called a plumber close to me that I had used in the past. They came and inspected my hot water heater and gave me a quote for $8100-$9300 to replace the tank or to change to a tankless system. The hot water tank I have was less than a year old. I then contacted Canyon State for a second opinion. After speaking to them on the phone, Garrett and Quintin arrived at my location and started checking things out in just a little under 20 minutes. They called the manufacturer did some testing and figured out it was a filter clogged with lint/debris that was the issue..They cleaned it out and then showed me how to do it myself in the future. Grateful is an understatement!! These guys were ROCKSTARS and I am especially thankful for them saving me literally thousands of dollars and not having to replace my current system. Thank you Canyon State, I will definitely be using you again!! 😊

The day before New Year’s our thermostat went dark and our system is just over 2 years old. I called the next morning and the dispatcher was to have someone come out that afternoon to diagnose the problem.
Alec Edwards was the technician that arrived and was able to find the problem. It was the connections from the house to the unit that had overheated due to what appeared to be a loose connection. After a brief discussion with the manager they were able to replace the bad connector’s have get me back up and running. Alec is very courteous and professional as well as the office staff

Technician Jesus Benitez-Felix was professional and friendly. He explained needed repairs and their importance to the overall continued performance of the HVAC unit. Replacement of necessary equipment was completed in a timely fashion.

Had a scheduled maintenance done for the AC. Reginald was the tech and did the maintenance checking both inside and outside on the AC. Gave us a glowing report on the system that everything was working great. Very personable young man and was glad to meet him.

Reginald Grant-Woods, the service tech, checked out our heat pump and fixed everything so that it has maintained the correct temperature since. He was courteous and friendly yet very professional.
