Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing

Yesterday, we had Canyon State come out to inspect and provide seasonal preventive maintenance on our A/C system. The technician was Sam Enlow. I have to give a shout out to him. He seemed to be extremely competent, has excellent customer service skills, and is very professional. I'm very impressed and happy with our service call.

We have used Canyon State since purchasing our home nearly 6 years ago, as they have maintained the systems since the house was built. We have our systems on a maintenance contract and the service has been great. With the contract, we are given priority response times when a problem arises. They schedule an appointment every 6 months, advise us of any potential issues, recommend the necessary services and help keep costs to a minimum. We trust their technicians and have been pleased with their work.

The annual checkup for the AC was due and I made an appointment with Canyon State. The very nice and friendly gentleman Dion showed up in the appointed time frame and did all the work in a timely manner. Additionally, he also cleaned the filter in my ceiling. Thank you very much for the good work and I am looking forward to next years maintenance.

I was advised almost exactly one year ago that my hot water heater was on it's last leg. Sure enough, it sprung a fatal leak just as Garrett had predicted. I contacted Canyon State on Thursday and a technician (Sergio) came early Friday afternoon to confirm that the heater was toast and recommend a replacement. At first it seemed that getting a new unit installed that same day was going to be a real problem given the workload facing Canyon State. I contacted the office, spoke with Katrina and explained that we would appreciate it they could possibly squeeze in the replacement later that day so that we wouldn't be without hot water until Monday. Fortunately, they were able to juggle their schedules and about two hours later Sergio and Garrett returned with the new heater. They installed it in about 1 1/2 hours. I watched some of the install and saw how efficiently and diligently they worked in tandem to ensure that the job was done properly. My thanks to everyone at Canyon State for a job done exceptionally well!

Allow me to tell you about how Canyon State, specifically technician Jesus, saved me from having an absolute mental breakdown. I had a baby via c-section six days ago, so not only do I have the teeniest newborn in my house who is completely incapable of regulating his own body temperature, but I'm also recovering from major abdominal surgery. Anyone who has ever had a newborn or surgery knows that you have about one million necessary supplies in your home to help you both recover, and a stable environment is critical. Enter July 4th - the forecast high is 110°, and my husband mentions that the AC isn't blowing cold air. Commence panic. Our AC unit is only two years old and was serviced (not by Canyon State) back in April! We are scrambling around, trying to decide if we need to get a hotel room, the temperature is increasing inside the house, the baby is crying, and we're trying to pack everything we need for baby and myself (which feels like trying to put an entire nursery into a suitcase).

Canyon State was recommended to us by a family friend, and I called right away. Jesus called me back in 16 minutes and said he could be at our home in 10 minutes - on a FEDERAL HOLIDAY. He had our problem diagnosed, fixed, and was all packed up in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate to our plight. He provided to us the most exceptional service I have ever received, and I can't express enough how thankful we are that he was able to help our family when we needed it the most. We were able to unpack and get settled back in to our home and continue our recovery in a safe, temperate environment. Jesus cannot be commended enough for his service and care. We will never use another HVAC/plumbing company. We will likely be needing a new water heater in the next several months and Canyon State is the only company I will consider. We highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services in the valley.

Very good experience. Jesus was thorough and explained where systems were working well and what to keep an eye out for. They were running late on first appointment and called well before scheduled tome to reschedule, didn't waste a day waiting like so many other places leave you waiting; appreciated the consideration and will use them as our primary maintainer.

Alec Edwards & the service we received was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe window and was very personable, knowledgeable & professional, explaining everything. We were able to get a service appointment the same day we called and that was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Canyon State for any heating and air conditioning maintenance.

AC went out (of course). House temp was 85 deg. Canyon State was there the next day. Work completed in about two hours - fixed leak, refilled freon - got us up and running. Professional, responsive, on time - thank you very much.

Ammin was very courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us good advice. No pressure to repair or replace. I will definitely call on Canyon State in the future.
