Luis Morales is a fantastic technician. He's kind, courteous and professional. He had our A/C up and running in 45 minutes! It's a good thing. The forecast high was 103 degrees that day. Thanks Canyon State HVAC!

Ammin arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable and courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes of his arrival. The system was repaired, confirmed to be operational and Ammin was on his way in less than an hour after his arrival. It was a job well done and greatly appreciated. The only problem I have was the extravagant cost. Two parts, available on Amazon for less than $50 total, cost me $688 plus change. I would have been more than happy to pay $250 but $688 - that is totally taking advantage of the situation. I am unlikely to use Canyon State again.

Our technician, Jesus Benitez-Felix, was on time, polite, and answered all of our questions with easy to understand pictures & explanations of the services he was doing for our ac system. His leadership & listening skills were outstanding for anyone of any age, let alone a 23 year old. I can’t say enough great things about him and the prompt service we received from Canyon State!

Sam Enlow, our Canyon State service technician, was polite and professional. We discussed upgrades to our AC units and he was able to make the repairs swiftly. Canyon State installed our HVAC units 8 yrs ago and has been servicing them ever since. We have been more than pleased with their service.

I would like to say that I had a great experience with Canyon State Air Conditioner. Sam Enlow was very professional and very analytical in trying to pin point the problem. I will definitely use them again.

I want to start by saying I used Canyon State in 2019 to install two new A/C units at our last house and they were great. Now 4 years later and it seems as though everything has changed. We had them replace two units at our new house and on install day they showed up without needed parts and the tech had to go to the store multiple times. Even after that they were unable to finish the install and said they would be back to finish when they came to install the new mini split in garage. A week later they came to install the mini split and after discussing how they were going to run the new electrical I thought we were good. Next time I went out to look at the progress they had completely changed what they were going to do and drilled a hole in the exterior wall. There was other options available but instead of discussing the change with me they went ahead and cut a hole. After that I was informed they didn’t have all the parts they should have for the mini split so they had to once again run to the store. Later that afternoon they informed me they didn’t have the correct parts to complete the mini split install or finish the original house unit install. One week later one of the new home units began to blow hot air only and was running at 100 percent without shutting off. I informed them of that and they sent a tech out the next day. Turns out the new install had a leak in the refrigerant line where they brazed it. The service tech recharged the unit so it would blow cold and said the install crew would be back out today to repair that unit and finish installing the house units and mini split in garage. I am now writing this review after the techs that came out today repaired the house unit and finished the install of the two house units but again were unable to complete the install of the mini split because the tech that was sent out has not previously worked on mini splits. He did attempt to complete the install but informed me that he was unable to do so. There are a few more details that I won’t write out but to summarize, they have been out to the our house 3 times to install/complete the install which requires us to change our schedule/miss work and the install is still not complete. The only reason for the two star is for the service tech that came out when unit was blowing hot air (Two weeks after install) He was very professional.

Prearranged a service call for seasonal maintenance. Pablo arrived on time as agreed. He was very professional and pleasant. Got straight to work and serviced the HVAC and supported his work with pictures of the unit and test results. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Did an awesome job and I would highly recommend Canyon State. Very please with this company’s service.

Canyon State installed a new A/C unit for me 9 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Last year at the very end of summer my a/c stopped cooling. A service guy Amin came to see what the problem was. He told me my coil was leaking and needed to be replaced and it would cost $2,700. I asked about my warranty and he told me that was already applied and the $2,700 would be for the labor alone. I could not afford it at the time and since it was cooling down, I just had them replace the refrigerant to keep it cool enough to last the summer, even though it would leak out again and I knew I'd need to take care of the issue come this summer (paid $635 for the service call and the refrigerant). This year, knowing I need to get this fixed, I decided to get another opinion and had Sun City Mechanical come out. (who was recommended to me by my real estate agents office). Robbie, the technician came out and said the problem is the A/C switch. He was able to fix the problem for now until a new one is ordered. It will cost approximately $200 for the part and install and another $75.00 for the service call today. My house is already cool and it's only been 30 minutes since Robbie left. I literally jumped on here to make this review because I was expecting to spend thousands based on what Canyon State told me. I'm very glad I got the 2nd opinion. It's too bad that it's so hard to trust companies/people anymore. Highly recommend checking out Sun City Mechanical before these guys.

Sam called advising me that he was about five minutes out. He introduced himself, He then got to work. Very polite and explained all that he did. Also, he recommended adding a start kit for the compressor. Great customer service.
