    Outstanding customer service by my tech, Sam Nunez. First hot day of the year and I suddenly had no cold air. Sam showed up, investigated, was knowledgable, and empathetic. He didn't pressure me on the repair/ replace decision. He thoroughly explained my options and returned with parts to fix the problem. It's almost rare these days to get the kind of service I did from Larson Air. I will do scheduled service appts going forward and when the time comes, I'll replace it through Larson. I highly recommend!

    Technician Jacob Ramirez texted me that he was running early and I texted back that was fine. He arrived soon and did a good job checking my AC, blower in the attic, changed my filters, and cleaned the outside condenser unit thoroughly. Very satisfied with the service.

    Mike & Zack did a wonderful job installing a new a/c unit. They were on time and absolutely ready for the job. The rest of the crew (crane and cleanup) were on time and finished quickly. The new Trane unit works great! Quiet and efficient. We are totally pleased and would highly recommend Larson Heating and A/C.

    We've had Larson's inspect and maintain our HVAC unit 3 times in the year that we've owned our house. I will not make a moral judgment about the people we've worked with. Please read my posts and judge for yourself. All I can say is that we will not be working with Larson's in the future. The first tech, Richard, found our unit to be running and in perfect order. We've learned that he was fired. The second tech did a heat maintenance and found everything in working order. He is also no longer with the company. Recently, we had a third tech, Lyle, come to check our cooling. He told us we had significant problems with our system - compressor worn and overheating, refrigerant levels low due to a leak in the evaporator coil, high voltage circuitry deteriorating, static pressure high and the system oversized for the house. His repair estimate was over $1600. However, he informed us that since we had a 5 ton unit in a house rated for a 3 ton unit and according to his supervisor, Caleb, who looked up the details of our system, they recommended a replacement rather than a repair. Unknowing, we agreed to meet with Ish, their new unit installation specialist. Ish, a personable 'salesperson', also inspected the unit and proclaimed it to be 5 ton and too large for the house. He recommended a $13000 replacement (price after a $500 loyalty and $500 senior discount). We asked for a day to consider his proposal and perform our due diligence. We called the company that installed the unit 6 years and 3 owners ago, and they informed us that our unit was 3 ton already and properly sized for our house. We were instantly concerned with Larson's recommendations and called the owner, Jared, on his personal cell phone (the only way we could reach him). After several minutes of defensive response he admitted the multiple errors made by his employees and agreed to refund all of the money we had paid to Larson's - we have received that refund. We have since had the unit inspected and serviced by an independent company (Patrick at Exceptional Home Service) and he found the unit to be in perfect condition. No leak, no electrical deterioration, no pressure problems - no problems at all! He cleaned the previously uncleaned system because Larson's doesn't clean for their clean and maintain price of $179/year. What's more, his price was about 1/2 of Larson's price. The bottom line: I mistrust Larson's personnel who I believe to be paid on commission, and would not recommend Larson's to anyone. I hope this helps prospective Larson's customers.

    I have an older and odd setup in a Scottsdale condo, where they use hot water from the water heater to the air handler for heat, and of course require a lot of cooling. I've had multiple leaks in the past and attempts from other HVAC providers have all failed. I had Larson out to assess and to provide options for fix and replace, they were great. Opted to repair with drain pan fix, condensate pump and transformer additions, coil cleaning and refrigerant added, and more. The service (and sales) team is awesome, I will keep using them 100% including their annual 'cool club' plan for maintenance visits and future discounts. Very happy to find a smart and responsive HVAC experts like Larson, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    I’ve used Larson Air for a few years and have an annual service agreement with them. This company is really wonderful. The employees in the office follow up, are kind and Octavio is fantastic. He knows my systems well, he’s always on time, and it’s very easy to tell that he enjoys his job.
