Greulich's Automotive Repair

This visit was not as positive as my first visit. The service mgr. stated that Toyota recommended the spark plugs be changed, when the truth is, Toyota doesn't recommend it for another 20K miles. When I went to pick it up, my "Maintenance Required" light was still on, and my tire pressure warning light was still on. I'm now having a hard time trusting their integrity, and will look for another shop, or go back to the dealer.

Our family has been a customer of Greulich’s since we moved to the area in 2001. They continue to have our business as a result of the trust and service we receive. They are courteous and professional with prices that are fair and reasonable. When additional services are recommended, they include photos and explanations with no hard selling. They are our go to for car repairs!

Love this place! They always tell me exactly what is wrong with my car even if I don’t have time to fix it at that moment. They’re quick, reliable and get the job done for a good price. This is my spot.

Everyone here is so friendly and quick with their service! I had an incident happen with my tail light and they were very accommodating to get things fixed and got me in right away. I really appreciate the help and would definitely come back again for any car troubles!

I didn't realize a simple running headlight bulb replacement would be difficult, so I had a hard time finding a shop to assist last minute. Miguel took my call and said I can drop my, that he would change it out. He was super helpful and friendly :)

The fellas are honest and humorous which makes the process of getting your car fixed actually enjoyable and less stressful. Kurt and Glenn at the front desk were extremely helpful and I will be coming back in the future!

Found myself trapped in Scottsdale for an out of town wedding when my starter died. Gruelich’s took great care of me in a pinch when I didn’t know who to trust in town and even honored the initial quote when some unexpected issues arose that increased their costs. So to the guys at Greulich’s I say today what I said to the happy couple the day before: mazeltov!

We had our car towed to here without knowing what to expect Miguel squeezed us in that morning. He kept me informed all day on the progress and was so pleasant! Wonderful place! We will be back!
