this is the Scottsdale Shea location #19 The are not just professional but I feel safe with them! they explain everything dont mind when i bring my own washer fluid I thought something was wrong with my AC and they were so honest the vent was accidentially turned off is all! They show any problems with a photo and let you know if it is a now or later fix. This the 4th time coming to Grulics and everytime a great experience .they have good pricing on any parts too, and specials all the time. I refuse to take my Infiniti to the dealer when the warranty is over! I will come here only! I love Gruelichs!

The ONLY place I will trust with my 2016 Wrangler Rubicon. The communication, service, and knowledge is unmatched. Not to mention the friendly staff and quick turn around time for service performed. Due to all my off road accessories and upgraded parts, I have only ever taken my Jeep to off road shops in the past. Not anymore. Thank you Greulich’s team for all that you do! Highly recommend!

Awesome auto shop. They are easy to work with and don't do extra things that aren't needed. You get texts throughout the service with details, including pictures, of what they're doing to the car or recommending to bec done. This is the only auto shop I've used in 3 years and will continue trusting them with my car.

Wonderful business great service a total service 16 new spark plugs oil change filtration change one of the suspension arms on my Mercedes was cracked replace that wonderful company cannot rent recommend hire they did other stuff to I can’t even list it all it’s a great they are a wonderful wonderful asset to our community

On my way to work my car bogged down and the check engine light came on. I got my car to Greulich and Glenn was able to get my car in that day to see what the issue was. They called me with all the information that was needing to be done with my car. He let me know how much it would all cost and was able to get me my car back the same day. This was great service at reasonable prices and my car runs smooth now. Definitely would go back.

Got in quick, didn't feel taken advantage of like most places. Text and call updates and knew exactly what was happening since they explained it in a way a non-mechanic could understand. Definitely will be my Arizona go-to!

The latch to my hood was broken, I thought it was the cable. They determined quickly what the problem was and the repair didn't take long at all. I interacted with two employees when I dropped the car off and picked it up and both were exceptional.

Very technically sound mechanic. Thorough, in-depth diagnostic done with images showing parts with issues. Streamlined process with accountability by the shop at every step of the way. The only negative experience I had was with their customer service, specifically their front desk. The gentleman at the front desk was condescending and barely greeted me when I walked into the business. Talked down to me and made it seem like I was bothering him by showing up and trying to check in for my appointment. Very busy shop, so expect decent wait times on routine procedures.

Been taking my car here for over a year and it’s the same consistent 5 star service every single time. These guys do it all and in a timely fashion. You’ll never find me at the dealership that’s for sure.

Greulich's has been exceptional, albeit hard to spell. I have taken two of my cars there and they spent considerable time diagnosing them and then DIDN'T CHARGE me when the repairs were unneeded or they couldn't get the part. That's the first time EVER that's happened to me with car repairs. Their integrity is amazing. So, I recently took my 3rd car there instead of the typical place I take it. They couldn't reproduce the problem I had, so they didn't want to replace the part (clearly the starter). But, they also found an issue with my power steering that I had been putting off. The other repair shop wanted $2200 to fix it. Greulich's did it for $990, and in a day. I am totally loyal to these guys now. Can't recommend enough!
