Greulich's Automotive Repair

Kurt and his team at Greulich's are absolutely outstanding. They went out of their way to obtain a part I needed then installed it promptly at a reasonable cost. The place has a great vibe; it's immediately apparent that his technicians and other employees enjoy their work. They're near my home, but I'd drive extra miles to get to the Greulich's at Scottsdale & Shea. I heartily recommend them for any autocare needs.

After my failed appt at my Ford Dealer (tech not available to diagnose my ABS light on which I indicated when I made the appt), I Googled for another garage who could help. I thought Greulich’s only did collision repair, but they had a cancellation within a half hour of my location, so I went there. They diagnosed, ordered the part needing replacement and had the work done in 4 hours. I was prepared to wait and happy to have the job done on the day I had planned for it.

I cancelled my Nov. 30 appt (Earliest available) at the Ford dealer shop-just to get in the “que” for diagnosis in 2 or 3 days and with no guarantee the repair could be done during that period, as they told me ABS parts are on back order with no ETA.

The folks at this company seem quite competent. The brake service was comparatively less expensive here.

We had an incredible experience, and specifically with curt. He was so thoughtful, generous, and kind. My daughter accidentally dinged someone's car with her door. Curt made the repair experience so much less painful than it could have been. We had never been here prior, but with our experience, I don't think we'd go anywhere else.

The employees at Greulich's were friendly and polite. I appreciated their professional demeanor. They got my car in shortly after the appointment time and finished the oil change, brake fluid change and wiper blade replacement in about an hour. I stayed in their (clean and comfortable )waiting room (reading my book) while my car was worked on. When it was finished an employee asked me if the wait time was alright. I assured him that it was. I will definitely be back when I need another oil change.
