I have had several cars and multiple repairs completed at this location, and every time they have been professional, prompt and extremely capable. I just moved to the area and had a very broken car. I took my car to a different shop first and they gave me an outrageous quote a week later. I took my car to Greulich’s for a second opinion and they completed the quote in 30 minutes and also showed me what exactly needed to be fixed/replaced and what could wait, and it was 1/3 of the price of the first place. I brought it back to get it fixed and it was finished the next day and they even gave me a little bit of a deal! Everyone was so nice and I had my car back in 24 hours! I’ll definitely be going back in the future!

I brought my car in because my AC was running warm, especially on one side. Greulich’s got me in immediately. They gave me an estimate and had an idea what was wrong. They were right, a lb low on Freon. Glenn even added a coupon he had to lower the price. My car was ready the same day. Now my air is running really really cold. Feels great getting in my car after hiking in 100° heat. Thank you Greulich’s!!!

Curt went above and beyond helping me out. He is so kind and personable and made my experience so so pleasant and easy. I would not have made my vacation without his help and dedication to fixing my car!

We are thankful we found an honest repair shop for our car 2 weeks into a 9 week road trip. The team worked to diagnose our mystery problem and resolve it within a timely fashion so we could get back to enjoying our trip. They communicated clearly throughout the process of diagnosing our leak and were happy to take time (multiple times) to discuss our repairs. They provided written documentation of the vehicle inspection and included photographs. All in all, we will use them again when we pass through next time!

No complaints, did a free alignment check and set proper expectations on likelihood of needing work and approximate cost.

I have been an avid customer for many years. This is the one mechanic that has always been thorough and honest!! I always feel like I am in good hands here and trust they will always try to be the quickest and most cost effective , not to mention, These guys really know cars!! Are very knowledgeable . 5 star for sure!

People at desk very friendly. Liked the text and email explanations and follow up on the next day with your estimate and my at once approval. After that the communication seemed lacking as to when completion might be achieved. The two day estimate of repair completion turned into four. I would have liked to know in a more updates in a timely daily mid day manner as I had to make several last minute transportation preparations for the next day as it was always the end of the day when I would initiate a call and then was told the shop was not able to finish the job.
The job did get finished and met with my approval. I spent $2,900 for repairs and an oil change for which I had a $75.00 "repairs coupon" which you did accept, however I think a little greed on your part for not accepting an additional coupon for the oil change which was to be $49 but ended up to be $60 and told only one coupon at a time could be used. It's not the money it is just something I would not do in my business to a new customer.
