Greulich's Automotive Repair

I brought my car in during a tight window for myself and was extremely happy with how accommodating this shop was for me. They provided exactly the service I needed, genuinely listened when I described my cars issues, and provided speedy service! The shop itself was very clean and all of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly. I will definitely go out of my way to bring my car back to this shop for any future repairs, mazel tov!

I own a small business. One of our work trucks was down with a terrible engine noise. We brought it in and asked if we could get it diagnosed and repaired, if required, by the end of the day. They got back with us by phone call and explained the problem, gave a cost estimate and said they would get it fixed by the end of the day. They called at 4:30pm to say it was ready to be picked up. I was extremely happy with their service and will definitely return.

I've used greulichs for all my car needs for more than 5 years across 5 different cars and have always had a good experience. They treat you and the car right, don't oversell you on things you don't immediately need, they provide good advice, service, and honor any warranties provided. I'm moving away and can say I'm going to miss the piece of mind I got with these guys. Thanks Greulichs team.

I cannot recommend Greulich's on Scottsdale and Shea more! We had a scenario where our daughter swung her door open too hard and hit the rear view light of the adjacent car. Curt, the manager took care of it all as a random act of kindness!! I am still in shock with how kind he was and how helpful and honest he was. This was an incredible gesture that gave me a lot of faith in humanity. His team was fast and reliable and I cannot believe that in today's age we found someone like this.

They checked out my car after I had try to drive over a rock. They put things back together for me. Made sure my car was safe to drive. They were kind and very efficient. I had a very short wait.

After calling a couple of shops and not liking what I heard I got a recommendation for these guys from O’Rieilly, gave them a call and liked what they had to say. Service was done quickly and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The bill was a little higher than expected, perhaps a little more than what the dealer quoted but who knows what they would have come up with as well. Either way I’m happy and would easily recommend Greulich’s Automotive! I also heard their interactions with other customers and would say these guys are honest and know their staff, not even the Toyota dealers can claim that.
