Greulich's Automotive Repair

I moved into the area recently and found Greulich's Automotive Repair to be very helpful. They emailed me the inspection report immediately so I could make an informed decision about repairs. I was able to consult with them about budgeting and prioritization. I would definitely recommend Greulich's. I felt very comfortable during the entire experience. I will be back for my car's 60,000 mile service.

Appreciate the professionalism and expedited repair of my vehicle. Everything was done in a well organized fashion. I want to give a big thank you for my service agent Kurt Larson. And also want to give him a really big congratulations to a special day coming up in its life or as he would excitedly say “Mazel tov.”

We were from out of town, getting our daughter setup for school in Scottsdale. We noticed her car not running quite right and brakes were squealing. We also knew it needed a normal oil change. We found Greulich's Automotive online with good recommendations and took it in. The investigation report was VERY useful, indicating issues and maintenance needed. Some things that I knew were problems, they found. Also, items that I knew were ok, the report agreed. So, I felt they were trustworthy. Also, the price was really good for all the work we had done. We delayed our trip a little to accommodate the work schedule (had to order a part from California), but they were very quick and seemed to give us priority. I highly recommend them. Also, shout out to Kurt, the service representative. He has great humor and was a delight to work with. We felt special treatment. We will for sure return there when we need work done. they have taken care of my 2004 Jeep Rubicon for the last 10 years. Always great work. They did a usual LOF and a really good inspection on the 140 K mile Jeep. Price quite reasonable.

Greulich's is AWESOME! Not only did they get me in last minute, but their prices are very practical and cheaper then any dealership!!! Kurt Larson, Store Manager, even gave me some GREAT hunting tips as an added bonus :). Definitely Recommend!

Thank you to the excellent service mechanics and management team at Greulich's for fixing the air conditioning on my car!! You all did a fantastic job and I'm so grateful for your time and patience with me. I had been so broken by Midas at 9550 N. 90th Street, Suite A-2. and Van Chevy dealership 8585 E Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 after they destroyed my faith in car repair service because neither could fix my car's air conditioning and both told me my air conditioning was unfixable yet charged me $1600.00. You guys rocked the repair and treated my sister and I with great respect and kindness and even spoke with our family member to explain exactly what the car needed to be fixed. Greulich's took the time to troubleshoot and analyze to get to the root cause of the issue.

Friendly, professional and extremely caring. Had several things needing attention on my vehicle and they worked with me to get the most important stuff done first with a plan to work on the rest over the next few months. Not sure if their pricing is better, equal or worse but it needed to be done. Will defiantly continue to work with them and definitely recommend.

My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Glen at Gruelichs for over 12 years! We have always had a great experience and they offer fast convenient service, very professional and real nice people. We feel that their honesty and good service sets them apart from all the others!

So glad I took my car here! Miguel and crew got my car back to me within the same day and for cheaper than what another shop had quoted me. They kept me informed and I never felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me. I love the report you get afterwards too. I'll be coming back next time my car needs something!

Two of the post on the rotor on my front passenger wheel broke on my way to work. First day of new job located in the area. I was able to get my car to the service shop, however nobody was there at the time Greulich’s had already closed for the day I did not have an appointment or previous contact. I left the keys in the secured dropbox with the envelope provided. I wrote my phone number, instructions for them to call before any work was provided , and a basic description of the issues. Needless to say I was a little nervous to do so.
The next morning I received a call from Roger who was extremely helpful, very patient with me in answering any questions regarding what it would cost to get the repairs done. The repairs were done that day! This experience was The smoothest and best I have ever had during a time of extreme stress. Thank you Greg!!!!
