Highly recommend this place for any and all of your auto care needs! I had to make sure my car was road-trip ready at the last minute and these guys took great care of everything. I especially like the detailed invoice of the inspection they send, so you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle.
Fair pricing, and the guys in the front office have a GREAT sense of humor! Which is very entertaining while waiting for your car. Overall a great experience and I will absolutely be returning to this store for future auto maintenance.

Update: brought my car here again for an O2 sensor replacement..these guys do not disappoint!! Miguel at the front desk is a gem! He and Kurt explained everything clearly, and they very kindly worked with me as far as pricing. Very grateful, can't say enough good things about the whole experience! And as always they kept me laughing while I waited..highly recommend!!!

Timing belt and radiator replacement. Excellent service on the part of Kurt and the crew and I was very satisfied. I have used them for sometime and am always very pleased.

Kurt and the entire time went above and beyond to help determine why car was leaking oil. They were excellent with communication and knowledge, and would recommend to everyone for trust and dependability.

I have been going to the Greulichs Scottsdale and Shea location for several years. They are quick to get my car in and accurately diagnose problems with cost effective repairs. Kurt, the manager, is a fantastic problem solver. On my last visit he went out of his way to get my car to Discount Tire for a final rebalancing of my tires so my car would be ready in a timely manner. Thank you to Greulichs for a good management team, great mechanics and fair prices.

Had a starter that failed. These guys are honest and fixed it the same day without trying to upcharge me. Will be coming back. Highly recommend.

Thorough from drop-off until pick-up - they stayed in constant contact with me through every stage of discovery through repair. Car was ready when they said it would be ready. As always with Greulich's, as promised and reasonably priced.

Everyone was very accommodating regarding scheduling and thoroughness. Besides full inspection and oil change I had a warning signal pop up and they quickly traced it and corrected the problem. They are outstanding.

Our rental car was low on engine coolant. Worried, we pulled into the the nearest car care centre which was Greulich Ich’s on Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale AZ.
Miguel came to the rescue. He smiled, took a look, topped us up, and sent us on our way - no charge. Two Canadian tourists are very grateful for his kindness and understanding. Thank you again, Miguel!

Greulich's in Scottsdale was recommended to my elderly mother-in-law for A/C repair in her car. I happened to be in from out of town so I was able to accompany her to the appointment. I could not have been more pleased with not only the service and quality of work, but the patience and understanding they showed her in clearly explaining the issue and how they were going to resolve it. The guys were friendly and very easy to work with. Greulich's is an easy choice for auto repair - I HIGHLY recommend.
